Was very scared when first went in actually canceled a few times but after talking to the doctor and the scheduler Annabelle she explained all about it finally went in had the right done waited the two weeks went in told them I wanted the other one done now i see great thank you Dr innocenzi and staff

I had a terrible experience there in December 2022 with the optician...Dr Innocenzi's resolution regarding his unprofessional optician wasn't any better. Needless to say I immediately found another opthamologist and I will continue to purchase my prescription glasses from LensCrafters.

Today I went to other optometrist to have vision exam. The glasses prescription that I was given at Dr. Innocenzi was way off. They prescribed -1.00 on both eyes, while the new optometrist prescribed -1.75 & -2.00. No wonder I couldn't see good. Never go to this doctor & their optometry.

Have seen almost 3 different doctors for an eye infection I've had for over a month. Was finally referred to Dr. Innocenzi, waited for 2 hours to be seen. All to find out that my issue isn't "concerning" and I have to just deal with a cyst on my eye. I've been on antibiotics for a while to help clear up the infection (as prescribed by my primary care) and Dr. Innocenzi was unable to properly resolve my issue. 1 star for the kind staff. Immediately called my primary care to refer me to a different provider.

I found Dr.Innocenzi attitude was very dismissive & rude. When I tried to ask question he just cut me off before I even finished. Never went to opthamologist as rude as him & made me questioned myself if he was a racist. Won't go back there for sure.

Best doctor that can be honestly they friendly and good at there job highly recommend

My sister has been to to this office 3 times after her stroke last year being transferred in a wheel chair ! Unfortunately we know her vision has drastically changed . Thinking let's get her checked and we will get a prescription for eyeglasses. First appointment NO she has a skin tag by her eye lets wait we cannot test her vision, let's schedule another appointment and see what we can find or we may have to remove the skin . Second appointment, 12/20 they state we can do some tests and screening . So she is there at 9:00 am being tested still at 10:45 am. I spoke with office and they stated she cannot be examined by doctor today she has DRY EYE . I told them they better have a prescription by the doctor today and they said he will not she needs drops and will have to come back . After paying almost paying $ 200.00 in co-pays I told them I want a call back from NOOZY or I will drive her there again myself !! Well still no phone call . Very disappointed with overall service and more to follow . No STARS Don't waste tour time there !

I believe one star rating is too high for this Dr. Dr Innocenzi was sloppy in preparing me for my eyelid surgery. He came to my bed before the operation to mark my eyes as to which one was going to require more or less skin taken off. He did not seat me in front of him to mark my eyes, instead he leaned over me as I lay in bed and was off balance as he marked my eyes. During surgery I recovered conciousness and was aware of a deep pain in my eye as he sutured the wound. I believe I moaned to try to signal I was feeling pain but I couldn't move. I still felt 2 or 3 more sutures after the first one before I went under again. After my recovery I saw that he took less skin off the eyelid that was most troublesome, and more skin of the eyelid that was not that troublesome. In other words he mixed up which eyelid needed what. As a result my worst eyelid is still a problem. First I went to Dr Innocenzi to ask if he could fix it, He said no and he referred me to a surgeon specializing in cosmetic surgery. Medicare paid him, however the cosmetic surgery was too expensive for me and not covered under medicare. I still have a problem with my right eye. When I am tired I have to hold my eyelid up to read. I took him to court and he argued that too much time had passed for me to make a complaint and the judge agreed. It is clear that he informed his staff to stop returning my calls. They also would not give me access to my records until I hired a paralegal to obtain them. I believe his own records and my scarring from surgery will bear out what I am saying.My hope is that he takes me to court for defamation and I can get to present my evidence; his records, and my scarring. Como on doc. do it!

Called to make an appointment for my son (8 years old) and I. We both have vision coverage with VSP, only to be told that it is now an office rule that they don't see anyone under the age of 10. I found this to be strange, but wasn't going to sit there and question it. Needless to say, I didn't make an appointment for myself and made an appointment with an office down the street who will see both me and my son, who will gladly use my insurance benefits and our business.
