List of Sang Tran's Reviews
Dr. Tran is kind efficient and diagnoses quickly I also like the PA that works here she was quick and friendly too and answers questions.
I believe this is the worst customer service to patients I have ever encountered. I called 2 days ago for my refill prescription of amlodipine and was informed by recording that I would be contacted within 17 hours. Oh well, I was in your clinic Wednesday, the 17th and my blood pressure was first taken 150/100 second take 170/92 3rd take 180/92. Was given medication and had to stay there until my blood pressure normalized. Thanks to NP Royal, a very capable practitioner who you have transferred to the Nellis office who stood by me and made sure I was all right. I cannot say the same for the rest of your staff. When I called for an appointment for my daughter, Tatiana Sandino, on the 15th I was informed that NP Royal, a caring professional, had been transferred to the Nellis location. When we informed the person that answered finally that we would go see him there we were then informed that he was coming into Rainbow office on the 17th. So we booked our appointment. However, I am appalled how you treat your staff and patients. When we call and try to talk to someone in the Rainbow office we are on a merry go around and usually stay on the line for over 30 minutes to talk to someone. I am sorry but my time is as valuable as yours. You do not treat patients like that. If we use the outsourced appointment service and are told that we will be contacted within an hour????? Well, I had to wait days and finally called and by some miracle reached someone at that location after usually a 45-minute wait on the telephone. Is this how a medical facility is run? Meanwhile, here I am without my blood pressure medication because my refills have expired and NO ONE FROM YOUR OFFICE CONTACTS ME. I believe there is something not right, don't you? Horrible, horrible facilities and staff. They are rude, lazy, lying to patients, and you will wait over an hour past your appointment time for subpar services. It is absolutely flithy in there. I would highly recommend finding a different provider, especially if you have children!
Most of the medical staff has a very poor bed side maner!!
Best for me.
One of the best and most caring doctor I have ever had
I'd been going to see Dr Dean since I moved to Vegas and even i chose him to be my primary. He is very compassionate and he lustened. His staffs are excellent. And I recommended free friends of mine to his office... 10 thumbs up
-4 office visits having me see 4 different doctors (PA's) -Dirty waiting room which found me waiting nearly 2 hours on every visit. -I needed blood work drawn in order to be referred to several specialists. Not only did they lose my blood work, I had to personally do all the calling and scheduling in order to make sure they sent it to the correct offices when they drew my blood again. Only for them to lose it AGAIN for the second time! -I wouldn't recommend going here to an enemy. Horrible!!
By far the worse experience I've EVER had with a MD. Extremely rude, short (literally), and not to bright. I would NEVER recommend anyone to this guy. Not even my enemy!
He raised his tone on me, very ill tempered man, 3-4 times misdiagnosed. very unprofessional and lacking compassion to his patients.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
