I came in today as a walk in client, looking to get Botox and Fillers done. I was greeted by the front desk, Sandra was amazing. I was placed in a room and met with the Nurse Practitioner Yvonne who was so professional and caring with my needs. This is definitely my new MedSpa!!

I cannot recommend Joann enough! She is hands down the BEST med spa specialist to go to if you want to look snatched and truly feel your best. I came in for laser treatments, and the results have been amazing—far better than I expected! Joann is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable, but also incredibly professional and kind. She makes you feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. If you’re looking for real results and someone who genuinely cares about her clients, Joann is the one to see. I’ll definitely be coming back to her every time! The entire staff at the med spa is also so kind and professional—they make every visit a pleasant and welcoming experience. The staff here is so friendly and attentive. The facility is absolutely spotless. Came in for a run of Botox and was very satisfied with my results, so I will definitely be a returning client. If you’re in the Chino Hills area give them a visit.

Life-Changing Experience – I Got My Confidence Back! I can’t say enough good things about this place. I came in months ago with severe facial paralysis from Bell’s palsy, and honestly, I was feeling incredibly discouraged. As a woman who is constantly on video calls for work, it was hard for me to feel confident turning my camera on. I didn’t recognize myself—and it was emotionally draining. But from the moment I walked in, I felt hope again. The team here was not only knowledgeable and skilled, but also compassionate and truly listened to my concerns. Over the course of several months, they worked with such care and precision to help restore symmetry to my face using Botox. The results have been amazing—subtle, natural, and incredibly effective.
