Tiffany Anderson Terrell's Online Review Report Card

I made appointments for my two boys about a month ago. Made a 3:30pm appointment for one and a 4:00 pm for the other. I arrived at 3:05 PM and checked in. It's 4:12 PM and we still haven't been called back. No explanation for the wait. I'm just in the waiting area with two active boys and no distractions. Guess I should write a Yelp review with all this time on my hands.

Dr. Terrell takes the time to listen to me and explain the issues. Shes very thorough and likes to address everything. She also has awesome office personnel who actually answer the phones. You dont have to be on hold forever or leave a voicemail message.

Writing this review in hopes to save someone else the frustration of dealing with this office. If you need any type of labwork or testing be prepared that this office will not order the testing same day. So they require you to come back IN PERSON to pick up hard copy orders. I wasn't overwhelmed with Dr. TAT, bedside manner pretty cold, but I was appreciative for her ordering the tests I needed.Front desk staff has been a complete nightmare. The office got my approval for MRI at a different hospital then the one they sent me to for my ultrasound. When I asked to switch back to my original hospital, I was left a very condescending voicemail by Jessica the medical assistant and they refused to change it. I called to ask again and was told to call my insurance company myself to make the change. Insurance company states the office has to do it and the patient cannot change the order. AND the insurance company tells me that if I go to the facility that this office is trying to send me, I will be paying 30% out of pocket, where my hospital is free. Extremely frustrating. The MA Jessica then calls me again to deny my request yet again to change the order because "Dr. TAT would rather I go to the other facility." When I try to explain my situation, she becomes extremely condescending telling me why have I waited so long to go to my MRI when it was ordered weeks ago. She actually started to raise her voice at me and was talking over me when I tried to explain what the insurance company told me. I have called back every day in the morning to check on the status of my MRI order and then again in the afternoon to see if they have my order for me to pick up. And every day office staff tells me " I will write a message. I have no idea when this will get approved. Jessica is still working on it." This is a delay of care and extreme lack of customer service. I have never had an office staff be so condescending or unwilling to assist a patient.

I selected Dr Tiffany Anderson Terrell based on the positive reviews for doctors within the surrounding area  as I recently moved to the area. She was nothing like people said. She was cold when she came into the room. Asked what I was in there for. I've had worst but she had no bed side manners. She was condescending in her limited explanations. She was condescending when I asked about my feet. I'm sure I had many questions but all that went away as soon as I felt her vibe. I was sent for blood work and my first mammogram prescription. 1 week after I already received results from the lab and the hospital, she had one of the nurse/receptionist called to give me my results. And they were a bit different from the results I got directly from the lab and hospital. She's very uncaring about her patients. Perhaps, just possibly, it's because I'm of a different race. Will never go back.

I love my doctor. She make me feel like a person not a number on the file and the staff is very friendly

I highly recommend Dr Terrell Ive been under her care for major health issues and she has always shown great care and detail at every step. Staff is also very efficient and friendly.

Dr. TAT has been my doctor for years and I continue to be impressed with her professionalism her expertise and her kindness. I am elderly and have had many doctors. She is the best by far. Her staff is caring and efficient and I highly recommend her.

Called to make an appointment and was put on hold for 9 minutes just for the receptionist to tell me there were no appointments available.

Dr. T.A.T is an exceptional care provider before I moved out of state GA she was my doctor for approx. 10 yrs. The recommendation I would give would be more then most potential patients would expect. I just want to say Thank you Dr. T.A.T and your wonderful staff for all you do.

Always very efficient service. The Dr and staff are friendly and helpful.
