Dr. Yolanda Grady and her staff is best doctor I ever know. I'm going back home soon. I live in Palm Desert. And I'm keeping her as my Primary physician. She and her staff are excellent healthcare they really care about my heath, they are on top everything you need regarding my healthcare I don't have to worry about anything. I have not find any other doctor who care. That is way I'm keeping doctor Grady and her staff no matter how far I have to drive there. The PA is always rushing, doesn't care to hear your concerns..PA Mercy . Always trying to change the conversation the moment you have a medical complaint. Trust me I gave her a long try, and it's always the rush rush service. I don't go to the doctors a lot and every time (maybe twice a year) it was rush rush, "everyone feels that" what?? I had to find another provider. I don't need this type of service.

Honestly one of the best doctors I’ve been to in a long time. She made me feel like I’m not just another number and she truly cared about my health. I asked her a million questions and had a pap smear with her on the same day of my physical which was great, nocking two birds with one stone. Everyone at the reception desk was also amazing. This place is one in a million. If you need a great doctor this is the place for you!

Dr. Grady is the nicest doctor I have ever met. She is very compassionate and detail oriented. Her staff Maria is so nice and friendly. Will recommend them 100%.

Dr Grady is great. My rating is base on the apt front desk. The ER <a href="/redir?url=http%3A%2F%2Ftold.mw&s=d7750299a6f6a202885d37049f3333e5bb93a9bd0db4bfb5957be54e133c898a" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">told.mw</a>.that I need to be seen asap due to my condition so I can get <a href="/redir?url=http%3A%2F%2Freferra.to&s=5bbd74e5dbf40ce941427b2af8e08b0b9a25f982beb25efe09f7d736bd7a05f1" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">referra.to</a> specialist. But yet they gave me an apt that is 2 weeks away. It ia ridiculous. My pain won't wait that long or.if I will go paralyze. It is so unreasonable and I had seen Dr Grady many years.

I been coming to Dr.Grady for years!! She's incredible and takes her time with her patients. Very patient and attentive. The staff is also amazing, never had issues with scheduling appointments and always willing to answer any concerns that I may have. The staff is very easy to communicate with and friendly. Thank you for all that you do especially in the most difficult times :)

Very unhappy with this office!!!! Made an appointment several weeks ago and on the day of appointment (an hour before the appointment) they call and say that they don't accept my insurance after verifying it when they made the appointment. Whoever answered the phone and made it should be more educated as we have wasted several weeks now!!!!! Don't go there!!!!!!!

Horrible, changed Dr.'s the minute I was out of there. Never going back. They are threating to send me to collections because supposedly I missed a visit which I did not I was there but did not see the Dr. and they wanted to charge $25 dollars just for the Dr.'s signature that stated a I had my yearly physical.
