Dr Grady is great. My rating is base on the apt front desk.  The ER <a href=redir?url=http%3A%2F%2Ftold.mwamps=d7750299a6f6a202885d37049f3333e5bb93a9bd0db4bfb5957be54e133c898a target=blank rel=nofollow>told.mw<a>.that I need to be seen asap due to my condition so I can get <a href=redir?url=http%3A%2F%2Freferra.toamps=5bbd74e5dbf40ce941427b2af8e08b0b9a25f982beb25efe09f7d736bd7a05f1 target=blank rel=nofollow>referra.to<a> specialist.  But yet they gave me an apt that is 2 weeks away.  It ia ridiculous. My pain wont wait that long or.if I will go paralyze. It is so unreasonable and I had seen Dr Grady many years.

I been coming to Dr.Grady for years Shes incredible and takes her time with her patients. Very patient and attentive. The staff is also amazing never had issues with scheduling appointments and always willing to answer any concerns that I may have. The staff is very easy to communicate with and friendly. Thank you for all that you do especially in the most difficult times

Very unhappy with this office  Made an appointment several weeks ago and on the day of appointment an hour before the appointment they call and say that they dont accept my insurance after verifying it when they made the appointment.  Whoever answered the phone and made it should be more educated as we have wasted several weeks now  Dont go there

Horrible changed Dr.s the minute I was out of there. Never going back. They are threating to send me to collections because supposedly I missed a visit which I did not I was there but did not see the Dr. and they wanted to charge $25 dollars just for the Dr.s signature that stated a I had my yearly physical.

Never really cared for this office since day one. But needed a primary and after today Ill be more than happy to take my insurance somewhere else. Beyond rude on the phone I understand theres a lot going on but very unprofessional.

Recently had to change insurances. After 20 years of having a PPO and now having a HMO I was concerned about the level of services.  I am very much happy with this office especially having to switch during Covid.  Calls are answered and followed up promptly and so far I think they are outstanding.  Mercy the P.A. is kind courteous and likeable.  I am happy that this office is there.

I have been with Dr. Grady for over 20years. She will go out of her wayto help you.  All her staff is amazing willing to help. Dr. Grady has alwaysreturn my calls and answer all my concerns.  She is amazing

I havent been able to find the best primary care BUT I think I finally found her about 2 weeks I was in for my anual physical i saw the NP and she was wonderful not rushed answered all my question she just made me feel comfortable she was AWSOME Staff was super friendly. Highly recommend them

Dr Grady as well as Mercy are EXCELLENT people. Such a great experience visit with both of them. The only issue Ive had is with their receptionist Adriana. She was very very rude and unprofessional. Im not sure if she was just in a mood that day but she spoke to me as if I was a child when shes the one doing a pre teens job. Would highly recommend this office except for their front office staff Giving them 4 stars because Adriana ruined their chance of 5 stars

Theres a front desk person in the name of Victoria answering the phone with the negative IQ of a lizard. Uncooperative and utter incompetence are two words that come to mind when describing Victoria. Then you think of more words like hopeless lame mentally challenged and just not someone that ought to be answering the phone for a physician. Negative IQ and negative experience with this office.
