Dr Panu was very abrupt and seemingly a little rude but what he said isn’t a lie but still saying to someone you are fat is hurtful so this and the fact of when you first get called into the back they have you step on a scale check your blood pressure oxygen snd then ask you what are you being seen for today - this is extremely. personnel and you are out in the open with any and everyone and everyone who is listening can hear your responses there is no privacy until you get put into a room

Staff is friendly and helpful, Dr.Karanpreet K. Dosanjh, FNP‑C (AKA: Dr. Karan) Is great me and my family trust her and feel cared for. I am very grateful for the service she provides.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Receptionist are unprofessional, rude, and unorganized. Dr Karen has ZERO compassion for her patients. Lacks empathy, knowledge, and social skills. I’ve had to repeat my medical history several times to even the receptionist when it is none of their business but their doctor is so incompetent they have to do things for her that she should do on her own because SHE IS THE DOCTOR. Save yourself the headache, this place is crumbling. They have been through nurse practitioners like no other clinic. Panuu really needs to get his staff in order. This place makes him look really bad.

I went to this clinic a few years ago and liked Linda. I have had many skin cancers and asked Dr. Pannu for a referral to a Dermatologist. He said I didn’t need one as skin cancer grows slowly. I went back to the clinic over a year ago and saw Lisa Baker. The one year plus I saw her not once did she order blood work. I quit going there as I was unhappy that things I needed I never got a referral. I kept asking for an eye appointment and a new walker. Lisa walked me to the staff up front and was griping that she saw over a 100 patients, not my problem. I need to be seen by an eye doctor. I quit going there as it was rude and very unprofessional of Lisa to do what she did. My new doctor, which is kind, courteous and professional ran a battery of tests. I found out I am diabetic and have some problems with my liver (no, I don’t drink). Thank you Lisa for not requesting lab work. The office staff would always say it’s your insurance. HA HA! It’s you not doing your job. I have referrals for several tests and it was done within a week. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC THEY DON’T CARE FOR YOU!

The appointment was terrible, the doctor was even worse. Husband has COPD and did not even care heart problem did not even check it. And instead of giving him the medication he supposed to have( Nitro tabs) gave him prescription aspirin!! He needs to go back to school. Will never be going back there again

DO NOT GO HERE! These so called "Medical Professionals" should not be in practice. I was just at an appointment there today and they are in direct violation of the CDC's and Madera County Health Departments current guidelines and recommendations. They are not taking temperatures upon arrival or asking basic health questions to assess whether a person may have come in to contact with COVID or potentially afflicted by COVID. Neither their office staff nor their medical professionals were wearing gloves. Few of them were wearing masks , those that were, were not wearing them correctly.; with the exception the one that came in to see me once I was in a room. However , the medical professional that came into see me was not wearing gloves nor did she put any on before she started her examination. While they were out of the room I cleaned the pen and clip board they handed me with a disinfectant wipe, the objects were so dirty that I could see my own hand print on the wipe after I cleaned them. Shame on this facility! We entrust our health to them and they clearly take advantage of that trust. I implore anyone that is needing medical attention in the City of Chowchilla to seek out another medical facility for the safety of your self and family. The office that I am writing about is located at 129 5th Street in Chowchilla, CA. and is also known as Chowchilla Family Clinic.
