Could Care less if I had year’s going here, drop me in a second.

First and last time going to this place. I thought oh maybe people who left bad reviews just had something go unplanned or something of the sort. But no, I should have listened to the reviews, as should you. They first opened the office after my appointment time which gave me a bad impression. I Was booked to see Doc who I never even saw. The nurse Practitioner (who I wont name) was telling me about other patients!!!! SO unprofessional. I wanted to see what my options were for my reason of visit and she goes on to tell me how she's western medicine and by the books when not every person likes to take hard medicine so it made me feel judged if I decided to go a different route. The front desk people act like they don't want to be there. I was not given eye contact or thanked or "have a nice day" on my way out. I was also prescribed a medication and confirmed the address 2x to go pick it up and they never sent it (or sent to somewhere else). Called the pharmacy today and they still have nothing. I am 100% going to be changing my PCP. This place was such a waste of time, rude people, and unprofessional for being a medical facility.

I have nothing but Positives to say about this office especially with the Doctor practitioners Johanna Jacob is super attentive and Devoted to her Patients Front staff is Also Nice????

Doctor Toledo is very charming, but not very professional. I had a zoom appointment, and he stood me up. I wasted my time waiting for him, and even called the receptionist, and I was told that he would call me, but he never did. Doctor Toledo would call my cell phone after the appointment set time in odd hours or after business hours, and he would argue that my medical condition or issue was mainly in my head and I was presenting with somatic symptoms. Dr. Toledo would express his opinions regarding my symptoms without review of any lab results and would give me a diagnosis. Dr. Toledo also briefly mentioned his opinion regarding my "average" education level which I found inappropriate and personal.

Dr Toledo’s office is very old school . I had to leave this job because the way the staff handled everything . Nobody has one duty everyone is trying to do everyone’s job . Also the urinalysis cups have no lids so patients walking around with open specimen. No printed patient labels on cups which to me is prone for mistakes . They don’t have a paper shredder for patient information . I wonder who’s doing the audits here Dr Toledo asked me on my first day if I can run him a test for a patient I said well I don’t know where machines are yet he said or you didn’t learn that in school , that was enough for me to leave . I’ve worked with many Drs nice ones that know respect . Dr Toledo I won’t put up with disrespect . Good luck with your office .

If you want the opposite of medical care and professionalism, go here. I highly recommend this place for it's horrible front office staff, atrocious medical staff, I say medical staff because while you expect to see a real doctor, that WILL NEVER HAPPEN. Forget that the medical assistants are incredibly unprofessional, the nurse practitioners will knock it out of the park in terms of making you feel uncared for and even judged for the condition of which you seek relief. This place only serves it's own self interests and is a flat out danger to the people they dupe into believing they are receiving medical care. Shame on Abel Toledo and all who work and support his lack of any medical moral integrity.

OMG THE WORSE DOCTOR EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD! I had my initial physical on 04/30 with dr. Toledo who I found from my insurance. I asked to see Dr. Toledo but saw a nurse practitioner named Johanna, who was nice and fine but I was not notified I would be seeing another provider. My follow up lab results was today at 9:40. This was booked since 04/30 and I mentioned my concern about not seeing the doctor I requested so they said I’d be seeing him today for my follow up. I spoke with julanni who confirmed my appointment. I got the text to log on 15 minutes prior. I did as instructed, entered my vitals and waited. 9:40 passed and I called the office and spoke to julanni again and she said Michael Jean-Baptiste was finishing up with his patient. So she said to give it a few minutes and he will be on. I waited from 9:30 until 10:05. Called the office again and expressed myFrustrations. This Michael person came on the phone, called me Francisco (clearly not my name) and was so nonchalant about the fact I've been waiting over 30 mins. No apologies or anything, basically told me he called me and left a message.Then proceeds to tell me bring it from "here to there" he was extremely unprofessional and to begin I never asked to see him. He told me if I did not want to cooperate then he would end the call. I'm like I'm literally here waiting for my results. The worse. Don't come here. I'm going to file a complaint with my insurance. This Michael guy also said he called me at 9:35 and left me a message. I'm like why would you call me before my appointment time and when my appointment was on webcam.He told me to check my messages. I did and there is nothing. Also look at the screenshot times. No empathy or apology for him being late. Had no professionalism and a very sassy queeny attitude. Julanni was great on the phone and said she will have her manager contact me

Abel Toledo Is been my doctor for a long time

I Wish I could give this doctor less than 1 star. I had the most painful experience at this place. Those girls in front desk are the worst. Those girls at front disk are very rude and mean to talk. In regard to doctor, many of them are nurse practitioner who are very impatient. Doctor Toledo himself is money grubber and does not give me the time to tell him the problem. I was waiting for specialist reference, never happened. They just look at you as a money to grab money from insurance companies. I wanted to get the money back from those girls but that never happened. Please do not waste your time and money to deal with those girls at front desk and also doctor. I went to San Ysidro Health Center and was referred to the specialist. I wish I would see the review and never go to this office
