Ahmad Mohammad's Online Review Report Card

Called to make an appointment and front desk girl was very rude. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she told me NO that she’s the only one that can help. She asked me question about my insurance using terms that they know but I don’t. So I asked what does ipa or whatever she was asking me meant and she wouldn’t tell me. I asked for her name and she said Sarah which I doubt is her name anyways. I asked her what was her last name and she said she doesn’t have a last name. So I come here to get info so I can file a complaint and all I see is negative reviews of the front desk staff. “Sarah” doesn’t show any sympathy towards patiences that are really suffering. I hope our conversation was recorded so something can be done about the staff. As I’m reading all the bad reviews a lot of them are about a staff member by the name of Miriam. She must be related to the dr. Cause for someone having so many negative reviews and still working there is unbelievable. The girl that spoke to me couldn’t even spell my first name, I had to spell it out 4 times. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

The receptionist staff was really rude and unprofessional. I also experienced referral problems. Please don’t go here..

This Doctor DISCHARGED my hydrocephalus, son who came down with schizo-affective disorder because he missed appts while in a mental facility. This Dr Mohammed is heartless and his staff suck too. Go elsewhere trust me.

If there’s a less than ZERO STAR, I’ll give it to the stuff and specially to their manger. Very rude customer service. DON’T GO THERE.

Receptionist was very rude and hung up on me. Doctor Mohammad refused to see me because I had to reschedule so I had to find a new neurologist. Would not recommend

Love this neurologist, always calls me to check up on me. The nurses respectful and patient also with multiple language like espanol and Arab. Much respect for this dr. ♡

Was referred to this doctor close to 30 days ago. I've been trying to get an appt but they keep claiming of never receiving any of the referrals... My doctor's admin has sent out 5 referrals... fax/mail etc and the final straw was 2 faxes sent out today..... Nope, no fax received... guess what... If this office cannot process or handle a simple fax, I'm not trusting them with anything more complicated. Good Luck, time for a different doctor.

DO NOT GO HERE!It will be a great waste of time. Doctor Ahmad Shah Mohammad's office is incredibly rude and unhelpful. His front desk staff and himself are all very rude and unprofessional. I had my medical records sent to this office upon their request. The front desk had it for several days without telling me. Then told me that the disc didn't fit in the front desk lady's computer. I asked why the doctor hasn't looked at them yet. They had no answer. I waited for my next scheduled appointment in 2 days (this was a Wednesday, the appointment was on that upcoming friday) I got a call the next day to reschedule my appointment bc the doctor won't be in. Another week has went by, my next scheduled appointment and the doctor had my files pulled on on a laptop and I was told to choose one. The doctor didn't even read them. He had no idea that they were mine. I asked him if I was fine and the TWO hematomas I had were all gone? He responded with a very confused look and asked, "Two????"He makes me feel very uncomfortable to be in the same room as him and has no idea what he is talking about.If you need a real Neurologist, do not go here.

HORRIBLE SERVICES, so rude and not professional at all! DO NOT go here, don't waste your time! No wonder why they have poor reviews. They keep telling me that they haven't received my referral and were very rude to my primary doctor over the phone too.

My doctor specifically told me to see a neurologist in person and since my current neurologist is unwilling to see me I was referred to here. I called them and they told me that my referral was denied because they don’t do second opinions. The receptionist used a very rude tone with me.
