Dr. Hsu is very inconsistent with patient options. I was told that I had multiple options in the beginning, which was not true. He basically chose my option for me and when I didn't agree he became very hostile. Why give your patient options, if you plan to make the final decision for them? He also took a very nasty tone with me when I questioned him about my dosage of pain medication being changed without notification to me. His service is not worthy of 5 stars! Period.

First and last time with this Doctor. This is based on his rude office staff, especially the girl with the fake blond hair. She treated me with contempt the two times I encountered her. This after I dropped off medical paperwork a day early so I could have it after my appointment the next day. When I arrived for my appointment at 2:15 PM, the paperwork was not ready and I sat in the waiting room along with the other patients for 45 minutes past my appointment time. No word from the front office staff or any explanation from the staff as to why or if the Doctor was running late? I did notice the staff and girl with the fake blond hair enjoying time on her computer and involving the other staff while patients sat and waited. Very poor customer and patient service while waiting to see the Doctor. This Doctor would be better off hiring a new front office staff that knows how to interact with his patients and treats all of them with respect. I found the Doctor to be informative and competent.

Dr. Hsu took the time to explain each step to us and thoroughly answered our questions. We were always very clear and promptly updated about the surgery and the results.

I had one day surgery and went home and was not told of a major complication until I had my follow up visit which I had to make to find out why I had complications.
