If I could give a zero for customer care I would. I was gifted a groupon but forgot about it. when I got an "it's expiring" notice I started calling to book the appointment. 1) I was told they were booked out for almost 3 weeks. 2) I was told I could have a cancelled appointment but they would not confirm it without a credit card, a policy not indicated on the groupon. I was driving on my way in when I was told that appointment had been taken on line. As an alternative solution to extend the use of the groupon,they refused to accept the groupon late without paying the difference for the service. The owner did not call me back as requested and when I called to speak to him, he was not sympathetic or flexible when I explained my extenuating circumstance. If their business is so hard up they offer groupons, then they make it difficult to redeem tbem, maybe they shouldn't offer them.

My experience was top notch and very relaxing. It was my second time at Balensi's but I definitely will be coming back. Thank you for an awesome experience.

Absolutely the best, highly recommend. You just need to plan ahead as they book up fast. Can always be on a waiting list for more spontaneous visits too. Everyone is an expert at what they do. Very impressed!! Owners are amazing and dedicated to quality and service ❤️❤️

I have been here a few times now. Parking is easy and you can't ask for a more aesthetically pleasing or welcoming environment. Extremely clean...and this time I had time to look at the wide variety of products they offer which was impressive as well as reasonably priced. My "Treatments" were Excellent. Very professional & skilled. I'm becoming a "Regular"!! Jan
