so i don't know what it is that these drs n nurses do at this place but it needs to seriously be investigated looked into n all. they heavily sedated my daughter. they have been poking her with drugs unknown to her. ima need legal help on this san diego what route do i take to begin

It was like in "One Flew The Cuckoo's Nest" movie as mentioned in the other comment. However, I don't blame the staff, they took good care of you, checked the vitals often, and gave all the medicine, except nicotine gums, plus free food. I blame the fucken police who put me there and would give them zero stars. I got detoxed from alcohol and cigarettes for 2 days. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Staff here do not treat people like they matter. Your loved ones deserve better.

I never really write bad reviews or any reviews really, but I just wanted to write about this place so that I can feel calmer in my own head about it. This place was awful, but that's not to say all staff were awful. I came into this place during a rough patch in my life and maybe I was meant to come here. For whatever reason I got brought here, I hope I made a change in the way they ran things. I had evidence that this place was lying to their patients about dates/times and probably other things I could not comprehend at the time. I hope the good staff stayed to make it better and to the staff that was rude to me and other patients...I hope you quit and left...and if you're reading this review and still decide to give this place a chance...keep an eye out!

The staff is highly unprofessional. They like to chit chat about all kinds of inappropriate and personal things across the room to one another, loudly and obnoxiously right infront of patients who are looking for quiet and solace. It's horrible. The RN I got must've been 20 years old... she was so young I didn't feel I was in good hands.

horrible horrible horrible they are liers and dont care about no patients they let patients walk around with pee and poop running down their legs staff tells patients to go to there room and lay down and look at wall when they ask for medication totally dismissing them when family calls or comes to visit staff tells them that patient is sleeping or not there. dont recommend at all go to a different clinic please!

The lady who answered the phone was so unpleasant and dismissive that I was afraid my teen daughter will definitely be suicidal if she goes to a clinic who hired someone like that

I brought my brother here about a month ago and I have to say one of the most horrific places to bring a family/friend. This place is like those old scary movies you watch that are haunted the place is in terrible condition and I mean terrible The place smells so bad and they don’t have much to give to the patient in here I get it it’s not easy dealing with someone with mental health because we are dealing with it but they are people and they need to feel supportive You’re definitely not getting it here. The staff as well when my brother had an episode they all laughed and that made me sick that’s my brother you guys are making fun of you guys should be ashamed of yourselves! I had already made a complaint with nursing department and who manages the place I’m also writing here because I don’t want people to bring their family/friends to a place they are going to treat your loved ones as they are some kind of disturbance and annoyance! We need to do better people! That’s why they are so many people ending there live because they aren’t being helped or heard it’s not easy but please don’t give up and through them to a place they going to be treated horribly.
