This clinic is good. But the only thing I’m upset is that they never informed me that I needed an eeg I order to get my dmv forms filled. Now I have to wait longer to schedule an appointment and get the results and then get the paper work done. I’m really upset. And that dr gross works remotely. And they never have time to give me my information I need on the phone. They are always to busy on the phone with another Client.

I waited two hours after my scheduled appointment time to see Dr. Gross, who seemed to spend a great deal of time treating a buxom young blonde who came in ahead of me. When I was finally seen, towards the end of the day, he declined to perform the nerve conductivity test ordered by by surgeon for reasons that remain inexplicable. He not only put my legal case in jeopardy, but failed to offer the minimal standard of care for which he was compensated.

For 5 years, since I injured my spinal cord on the job , working as Assistant Store Manager for CVS Pharmacy , Dr. Gross helping me to get the right medical treatment. Dr. Gross one of a very few workers compensation doctors, who really take care of injured workers and fighting for their recovery. You can trust me, because I was dozens of times near death and all this years it was fight for my life with my employer and work. comp. insurance carrier, who should manage my treatment on behalf of CVS Pharmacy. i went to see him for my neurological disease for a year and he didnot know anything and he is not a knowldgable doctor

The doctor wa wearing a dirty shirt and suit. His office is dirty and the secretary is unfriendly. The doctor spent 10 minutes with me and then prescribed Alprazolam for an unknown reason. I will never ever return to him again.
