I am 75 years young and have had cool sculpting with Nicole on many areas of my body. The results are very noticeable. I’ve spent a lot of money on surgeries in the past . I would have saved a lot of money and recovery time if I had tried cool sculpting first. I’m very impressed with Nicole. Apart from being extremely personable…she is knowledgeable beyond her age. I am planning on trying several other skin tightening procedures with her. I used to go to a different dermatologist in Chula Vista. Their prices were considerably higher and the results were only temporary. Dr Silva is amazing also. I have been seeing her for about 6 years now. The hormone and vitamin treatments she recommended are keeping me from aging! I look at least 15 years younger than my chronological age! And I feel fabulous and sexy!

I had the cool sculpting done on various areas of my body. It really works! I see a noticeable difference in the areas treated. And these results are permanent! Nicole was excellent! Absolutely painless process.

Very Disappointed!! Sorry to say, but Nicole Rothrock was of little to no help whatsoever. With her being a so-called 'Medical Aesthetician' my Wife's appointment with her was a total waste of time. At least the consultation was free of charge, but we wouldn't have wasted our time with Nicole knowing that her advice is nothing but lip service. We received a referral from Dr. Melinda Silva's office, to see Nicole Rothrock who is also on staff with Dr. Silva. During the initial part of the appointment Nicole was completely confused about the purpose of my wife's visit (which was to exam a rash on my wife's neck caused by Hair Coloring chemicals) But, instead, Nicole began with an introduction about 'Fat Loss.' (BTW my wife is very-very petite and only weighs 96Lbs.) So, it should be more that obvious that she was NOT there to have any Fat removed!?!? Long-story-short, the advice that Nicole gave us was not any better than our Healthcare provider's (Kaiser Permanente) In-Network Dermatologist. "Just slap some Hydrocortisone cream on it and reduce the time that the hair coloring chemicals are on your hair." Thanks a lot for just restating the obvious Nicole, apparently there's nothing special about your services.

Nicole is an amazing esthetician!! I’ve been going to her for 2.5 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! She has made my skin look so fresh and clear! I have melasma and she has lightened it so much! She is so clean and professional and so nice! She always knows what’s best for my skin and I totally trust her! Also the home care products that are great! I highly recommend her if you want to see results!!

Nikki has been my aesthetician for several months now. My skin has never looked better! The texture is smoother and my wrinkles are less noticeable. She also recommends great products (even if you are on a budget). I always feel so pampered and cared for when she gives me my facials. Her hours are flexible and prices reasonable for the quality of service she provides. I look forward to seeing her each month. She’s really kind, caring and knowledgeable. You are in great hands with her.

Nicole is professional, great with communication, knowledgeable, flexible, and makes the entire process so comfortable. I have done multiple Coolsculpting treatments with her, and am so happy how every treated area has turned out. I highly recommend using BodyScuplt San Diego.
