I scheduled an appointment back around February to look into a hearing problem I recently developed. After delaying my original April appointment by over a month, I just got a call today, in June, a day before the appointment, saying they don't take my insurance and cancelled the appointment. How does this not get checked even once during that period?

I went here recently and saw Dr Allison Almon. She was so great, I brought my sister there the following week. There has been a change of staff there and I think that may have changed things. I have had no problem calling them at 858 909 0770.

Not sure how this practice (any of the locations) is still in operation. I've been trying all week to get someone on the phone to make a consultation appointment but they NEVER ANSWER the phone. It rings and rings and then goes to voicemail. Their outgoing voicemail says you'll get a call back within 24 hours but I never did. I read other reviews and this is pretty common. My doctor had referred me to this practice but I asked my doctor to get a new referral somewhere else because how am I supposed to trust this place with my health if I can't even reach them to get an appointment??

Expect to wait on hold for 30min +. Staff is never there when they claim to open at 0800. Michelle was extremely rude and hung up on me before I could finish explaining the reason I was calling the facility.

Awesome place….i was in need of hearing aids ASAP, & they came through, got the hearing aids in just a few days…& the best part was NO “out of pocket” cost! Highly recommend!
