List of Carlos F. Jimenez's Reviews
Dr. Carlos Jimenez was very kind and accommodating when I had an emergency due to an infection. He gave me proper treatment and I was able to heal quickly. Thank you Dr. Jimenez!
I was seen by Mr Jimenez, to make a long story short. I was billed twice for the same services, and never got my results. My doctor never got the results. Jimenez diagnosed me with menieres syndrome and I have made several attempts to retrieve my results with no luck. They claim it's not in the system, not the old or the new, so I am left with nothing. And minus 250 dollars I paid for the doctors visit... Looking to sue them.
Great care, fantastic front desk and exceptional medical care !!!!
My personal experience has been great! I had excruciating and debilitating ear infection & pain that urgent care could not help with ( I won't mention which one because they simply were no help at all), I found this office since its in my neighborhood because I needed an option since urgent care's treatment was a no go. Scheduling was able to fit me in quickly. Front office was very helpful and professional. Dr. Jimenez took great care of me, I was in and out quickly feeling much better, and actually heard by someone in regards to my pain & symptoms. I recommend this office to anyone wanting to receive great care.
My son saw Dr Jimenez due to a swollen lymph node. As my son was sitting in the chair he put a a nozzle up his nose and sprayed a numbing agent he didn't not tell him what he was doing and really startled my son. Dr then left the room came back then took a long tube to put thru his nose and did not explain anything once again what he is about to do!!! I asked him many questions and his responses were very rude. He never read my son's tests results he had done prior. I would not recommend to my worst enemy to see this doctor.I give him 0 star..
I have been having hearing difficulties for many years now and it has become debilitating and often leaves me upset. I can hear that people are talking to me but I can't always make out what they are saying. I was referred to this doctor by my primary doctor. I made an appointment and was able to explain my issue. I was told that I may have an issue that has to do with not being able to make things out due to background noise. But first he wanted to test my hearing. I, of course, had to wait for a referral to get the test done (but now I'm wondering if that's true).I came back a month later and he set me up with the nurse to have the hearing test done. A few minutes later he comes in and tells me that me hearing loss of very slight and does not require a hearing aid but that I need to tell people to be patient with me because I have a slight hearing loss. I explained that this is what I've been doing for years and it's extremely frustrating. So now I'm waiting to address the background noise theory. But it doesn't happen. I ask what next and he said nothing. He then proceeded to explain my issue to me. I was told that "the brain has a way of hearing what it wants to and not hearing what it doesn't". Wait, was I just diagnosed with selective hearing? Was I just mansplained psychology, for which I have a masters degree in? Was I just basically told I'm full of shit? Needless to say I'm in shock. I'm not sure if there is some miscommunication or if this is really happening to me. I asked, "ok, is there something I can do to improve the situation?". The answer was "yes, you can give yourself a break". I have never had a medical professional be so condescending. I'm absolutely appalled.
I have an on-again, off-again condition that has been annoying the hell out of me for years. I had seen other ENT doctors before and was always left disappointed. I was referred to Dr. Carlos Jimenez by a friend and he was thorough. Used the fiber optic scope on me, collected a swab sample and viewed my CT scans that another doctor had ordered. (If I did not have existing CT scans I'm sure Dr. Jimenez would have ordered them.) Bottom line, the swab sample results came back and in conjunction with the CT Scans, Dr. Jimenez diagnosed and treated me. Finally, after seeing several ENT doctors! I would definitely recommend seeing Dr. Carlos Jimenez. My only issues: parking can be difficult and they only accept cash or check. No card machine available. Also, it is an older looking office, might want to update the interior. So, minus one star for all of these. Keep in mind, though, Dr. Jimenez got the job done!
My experience coming here has been better than amazing. The front desk receptionists are very kind and sweet, they don't have a problem with you calling to reschedule or cancel and they do an amazing job with all the appointments. Dr. Jimenez is the only specialist there but let me tell you, he does a great job with handling all of his clients in a fashionably ordered way. I've made about 4 appointments now with him and he keeps having me return in a decent amount of time to check up on my ear.
Came in because I was having trouble breathing trough my nose. I'm doing CrossFit and was told that I needed to breath in my nose and out the mouth. Dr Jimenez check out my situation and told me that i needed surgery. After surgery I was able to breath a whole lot better.
My father in law had an appointment today. So we get there half an hour early as courtesy to find out they're closed today! I called the phone number and the automated message said they're closed for the holiday. Why would a staff member make an appointment for today when they're closed?! What an inconvenience. I wasted gas and time coming here.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
