The dental work is good; otherwise, I would not take the time to complete this survey. However, the patient experience could be improved. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment, was asked to sign in, and waited over an hour without any greeting, update, or explanation for the delay. A simple acknowledgment or communication would make patients feel valued and respected.

If you’re a first time patient going here don’t even bother! I called to make an appointment & they asked what it was for; I clearly stated I needed a cleaning & oral exam which they then said was okay. Mind you, the day of my appointment I arrived on time but was called in 15 min later & they did everything except for the cleaning which I thought was a waste of time especially since that was my intention of going to the dentist not to just have my teeth checked & do nothing with regards to the feedback I got about my teeth. They said, “Oh well we can’t do the cleaning because you’re due for a deep cleaning & I was like what like how can you not?? The girl then proceeded to say well if we do the cleaning now it’s just gonna move all the build up around & there’s no point in doing that if you’re gonna come back for a deep cleaning. I was seriously in shock like are you kidding me! That to me was just pure laziness!! Never have I ever experienced such unprofessionalisn at a dental facility. They said my insurance would get back to me to schedule the cleaning but still haven’t heard from them & it’s been almost 2 weeks now. So like I said don’t even bother going if you’re a first time patient with them & look elsewhere because clearly they are just lazy here!!!! I called another place & right away they said they do the cleaning & oral exam for first time patients so save yourselves the time if that’s what you’re going here for.

Esta clinica es un desastre!! Mi experiencia aqui ha sido muy negativa: mal servicio, a los pocos dias de un relleno me dolia el diente, aunque antes no me dolia!! Regrese, pedi otro dentista para revisar mi diente, lo reviso, tuve que hacer nueva cita para volver a hacer el relleno, cuando regrese la misma doctora iva a trabajar en mi diente, apesar de que yo ya les habia dicho que con ella ya noooo! Y tuve que volver a hacer cita para un mes mas tarde!! Estare con dolor de diente otro mes😥🥹😔😭! Y esta ed solo una de las malas experiencias en este lugar!

Mi nombre es angel, y ahi con ese doctor tube una mala experiencia dr maroon, la verdad el trabajo que el estaba asiendo de mis dientes fue muy mal 2 coronas de muelas super mal por que yo le dicia al dr maroon que dolia una de mis Coronas y el solo la limava para estar mas chica lo hizo 5 veces y nunca pudo quitarme el dolor, y tenia hacerme 4 implantes a lo cual yo desedi ya no ir con el por que mis muelas eran de un color muy diferente amis dientes originales y muy rasposos y le decia lo que sentia con esas muelas y el solo decia que eran muy fuertes para mi ese doctor maroon hace puras cochinadas de trabajo no lo recomiendo para nada

Very good dentist, cares about his patients, very knowledgeable, in good hands with Dr, Brandon, the office staff is amazing also.

I have received incredible care at this dental office. Highly recommend them as professional, friendly and wonderful at managing pain.

I love how professional this dentist office is. The staff does a wonderful job and I am very satisfied with the work they do on me. I definitely recommend this place.
