She was pleasant and understanding. Is willing to try the least evasive procedures before trying the more harsure ones. I felt very nervous at first but once I met her I felt very calm. She is also very encouraging.

Dr was very knowledgeable. Waiting room wait was an hour. Then 4 days later they still had not sent my imaging request in so had to call back. The hold times on the phone are quite long like 20 mins. But the dr was good.

Best Dr I have ever encountered and I was very impressed with her Bio and video. She is compassionate, shows empty, cares about her patients, explains with you and makes sure you understand , treats you like a human being, office staff is very polite and friendly, place is kept clean and the Dr is very punctual . Does not make you wait sees you on time, the most I ever had to wait was 10 minutes . I have been seeing her for several months to find a solution to the problem, most Drs I have had would have given up on me, but Dr Sevilla has stuck with me and found a solution to the problem. I would recommend her in a heartbeat, I just wish I had her as a PCP.. To be a Dr takes a lot of work and you either have the gift or not, Dr Sevilla has that and takes her gift a step further with her patients.

Dr. Sevilla’s office is clean and welcoming. The front office staff is great, very prompt and professional. When it comes to the procedure, I can’t remember the name of her nurse, but she was so good at explaining the procedure and reassuring me. I was incredibly anxious as this was the last procedure in a long series of related health issues. The nurse who prepped me immediately put me at ease. Dr. Sevilla herself was so kind and calming. She explained what was going to happen and what she was doing, and it was very quick. Her aftercare instructions were clear and again, reassuring. I highly recommend Dr. Sevilla. Everything about her practice is exactly what a patient would want from a urologist.
