List of Cole B Willoughby's Reviews
These are fine medical practitioners who have helped to make my skin look quite fine--better than it ever has. Erika and Dr. Willoughby are the practitioners I see regularly. They and the rest of the staff are up to date with dermatological research and acquire the tools needed to be on the cutting edge of skin care. It's a pleasure to go into this office, which i recommend to friends and family, and to you, the readers of this review.
Lovely people! I had my first appointment today. The receptionist was very friendly. I was taken back to a room within a couple of minutes after returning my completed forms. The doctor was in very shortly after the nurse asked my chief complaint. I was very happy with Dr. Willoughby and his PA (sadly I forget her name, but she was lovely) . I was treated and out the door within 20 minutes. Very happy with this practice. Highly recommend.-after reading the other reviews, I'm shocked they aren't very good. I'm glad I did not read them before I made the appointment with them.
Very poor service at this office. I have had a skin rash since December (it is not May) and I still have not been diagnosed after coming to this office multiple times. The first office visit I was given an antibiotic after having to ask the doctor for it, he didn't offer anything to me...he said my reaction should just go away. After taking the antibiotics and them not working I went in again and the doctor said it is probably just an allergic reaction, take some antihistamines and you should be all set. The doc said he will put it in my chart that the next time I have an outbreak to come in and get a biopsy. That doctor visit was less than 2 minutes. The next time I went in after I had a breakout I had a biopsy performed on my wrist and they said they would call within 5 days once the results were complete. 6 days after the biopsy I called them to get the result and they said they wouldn't be available until Monday or Tuesday next week. I gave them Monday to call and they didn't, I called them Tuesday morning and the receptionist said all the nurses were busy but I would receive a call by the afternoon. Of course I received no call and had to call them the next day. She said the spot came back "Benign and nothing to worry about, it's just a sun spot." I had a reaction the very next day after my biopsy, to which she replied...I don't know I'm just reading what's on your chart. I have wasted too much money and time dealing with this inept office and I highly recommend you do not make the same mistake. The only thing I have to show for it is a nice scar on my wrist from a biopsy that they couldn't handle.
I show up (and pay to park) and they surprised me with a $100 consultation fee that doesn't go toward any treatments. I'll take my thousands elsewhere. They really should let you know up front about any fees. I've been to tons of dermatologists and I've never had to pay a consultation fee that didn't go toward services.
Awful staff. I called 10 times in a 2 week span to get a prescription for medication I was out of. NO ONE from the staff would call me back, they just kept taking a message and telling me my request for medication was on the nurses desk! Finally when I told them I was finding a new doctor, they called it in. The doctor was very uncaring and had no personality.

TERRIBLE. AWFUL. He didn't know anything and didn't take a second to ask questions or even look. Such a waste of money.
I had a skin condition that I was pretty sure was X, but he insisted that it was Y, even though I had none of the symptoms of Y. His treatment didn't work. Went to a second dermatologist who diagnosed me with X, without me prompting him for a diagnosis of X. Got treatment from the 2nd derm which helped. The next part is weird. Apparently, Mr. Willoughby is a fan of the Three Stooges, as he literally said "why I outta..." to me. He wasn't smiling when he said it. Never saw him again after this.
Intelligent, caring, good manner. Knowledgeable and efficient. One of the best doctors I have been to.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
