Just got off of the phone with the receptionists from Dr. Cepin's office after leaving a message to speak with him regarding a prior visit. Not only did Dr. Cepin NOT take just a few minutes to speak me to regarding our prior visit but he referred me back to my primary doctor who does not specialize in the same field. I feel completely ignored and disregarded as a patient. Do not visit this office if you plan on receiving quality care. I just got off of the phone with the receptionists from Dr. Cepin's office after leaving a message to speak with him regarding a prior visit. Not only did Dr. Cepin not take the just a few minutes to speak me to regarding our prior visit but he referred me back to my primary doctor who does not specialize in the same field. I feel completely ignored and disregarded as a patient. After expressing my displeasure with their services, the receptionist didn't even ask if she could follow up with the doctor to see if he could reconsider a quick chat. These people could care less about their patients. Do yourself a favor and pass on this office if you plan on received quality care.

Ruthless. Does not care about patients, after he allowed my mother to die, a preventable death, never even offered condolences when I saw him at a restaurant the next day. Maybe he was riddled with guilt, if that is even possible.

I have been cared for by Dr. Daniel Cepin for twenty years. He is one of my favorite doctors of all time. Caring, honest, helpful. And his staff are kind as well. Also, I never have to wait long in the office.

Rude staff for sure, always seemed like I was an inconvenience. I never got a call back to reschedule an appointment for an Echo, when I called they said they were waiting on my insurance which was 2 months later, my insurance doesn’t take that long. When I called my insurance they never received anything from them. Agree with another post, he wouldn’t stop starring at my chest either. Also, he wanted to start a new medication for no reason, the one I’m currently on is working just fine.Rude staff for sure, always seemed like I was an inconvenience.
