Visites the chula vista Office , My son had an appointment on 01/12/23 . As i was siting waiting Ford My son 2 elderly men walked into the reception aski g to return ando exchange some glasses one of them had just bought. The men had some trouble understanding because the staff would hope help them because they claim it was bye appointment only. They male the appointment ando walk out. The staff we're very rude towards them. As soon as the 2 elderly men walk out , one of the ladys there said They are DUMB AND DUMBER. Ando start laughing. They look at me and i Say You are SO rude(in spanich) to what she answers "was i talking to You " long story shorts i reported to a Supervisor so she said bye the name of Adriana at the Eastlake Office. Intook a picture of her si i Report her, she starts to follow me and My son to the car talking pictures ando vídeo of US... Insulting ando harrasing us .

I wanted to make an appointment for my kids on a Saturday because I work and it's the only day that I can take my kids. I called to scheduled everythings was fine until they asked for my insurance since the insurance was Medical from the state of California (insurance for low income families) they refuse to see my kids on a Saturday. The receptionist Orquidia said "sorry but the doctor doesn't see medical patients on saturdays". I felt very discrimanated.

receptionist Claudia not the greatest person to deal with new patients, called to get info on a form that DMV requested and her answer was " Doctor will not fill form unless you are a patient" thank you Claudia with that attitud I'll look for somebody else
