I had a very comfortable feeling my first visit with Dr.Hofmeister, he was very caring and had a warm personality. After viewing the x-ray of my hand he told me I would need surgery. I explained that since I was on oxygen 24/7 due to my lungs I couldn't have anesthesia. He said he would do everything he could to repair the break so that the injury wouldn't have lasting troublesome effects. Long story short, I am no longer wearing a cast, my hand feels good and am so thankful that Dr. Hofmeister was my orthopedist, such a lovely person!

I’ve been to this practice many times now and every experience is great! The staff and the doctor are always so so nice. I never have a problem getting an appointment. Dr. Hofmeister is so personable and it makes the experience 5-stars for sure.

It was best decision going with Dr. Hoffmeister he is by far the top of list of best doctors in San Diego. Love his office and staff and he is very friendly and caring. I would recommend anyone going to him.

Very personable. Highly competent. I'm a veteran of 6 surgeries, 4 of which were orthopedic. I highly recommend him. He's been fantastic!

I fractured a bone in my wrist. I've had multiple other experiences with Synergy Specialists in the past so I went directly to them this time. Dr. Hofmeister was exceptionally knowledgeable on the extremity and type of injury. He was courteous and punctual during my whole experience from initial diagnosis, surgery, and after care.

He is very knowledgeable and treats his patients with respect and dignity. I am so happy to meet and have surgery with this very special M.D. He is very empathetic with patients and is really concerned about his patients. Very happy to know that there are doctors who still care

When the doctor walked into the room his first comment was you don’t have any insurance. Because of the pandemic I had just lost my work and my insurance, I had Medi-Cal. From there it was all downhill. I never saw them again.

Dr. Hofmeister was outstanding. I had a pretty bad injury but he gave me a progressive treatment plan that got me healed much quicker than expected. My injury was work related and he handled all the associated paperwork without a hitch. If you are active and don’t have time for stupid injuries, this is the dude you want to see!!!!!

Totally professional experience from the check in to the walk out of the office. Never was pressed for time, never interrupted by other concerns, Dr Hofmeister answered all my questions and he was sure I fully understood the answer, and also covered the "correct question" that I should have asked.
