This doctor preys on senior citizens. He is running a colonoscopy factory. STAY AWAY. I was passed off to so many assistants I didn't know who was in the procedure room at Alfa Surgery Center. I forced him to introduce himself. Our medical system at it's worst.

Husband was referred here by PCM. We’ve called 3 times and NO ONE HAS CALLED BACK. Finding a different dr… pathetic

I like to start off by stating That parking is horrible. There is no place to park AT ALL. If you are disabled you will have a difficult time accessing this office. I would recommend being dropped off and picked up. I came in for a colonoscopy and they made my appointment 5 months out. The day before my appointment I drank all the laxatives which were supposedly approved by the doctor at the time. Take in consideration that you have to take a day off work if you’re on laxatives and another 24hrs for the actual procedure. The day of my appointment the office called me and told me my appointment was canceled Due to my insurance not sending the right cpt codes. The girl that called me said that we needed to reschedule to a later date, but I had been waiting 5months for this procedure. Immediately I called my insurance which is tricare (military insurance ) they said it was approved. I wouldn’t have had a problem if the office would of given me a call a week prior too my appointment or maybe a few days in advance to get insurance stuff figured out. There was a lack of communication between me , insurance and also The few people working the front desk they are not the most professional.

El doctor excelente, su personal horrible, prepotentes, groseros, sin educación, ni siquiera contestan el saludo, la ayudante del doctor despota, con un trato despreciable, por esa razón no volví con él.

No toman en cuenta que tienes cosas que hacer, te citan a una hora y te pasan horas despues. Me salgo de trabajar para mis citas y no pueden respetar eso. No dan buenas explicaciones de los procedimientos, pesimo servicio!!!

I went here for an upper gi no one ever answers the phone when you call and you leave a detailed message and no one will call you back don't waste your time or money on this guy!!!!!
