No Compassion Dr Anguiano was the on call Dr when I gave birth to my first child. He got there just in time to catch her coming out. I had a 2nd degree tear and he didn’t give me enough lidocaine to numb me when he stitched me up. I had no epidural either, and I felt every stitch. When I screamed that I could feel it and it was hurting he just told me he was almost done and kept going. My husband said the panic in my eyes looked like I was being traumatized. It took months to work through the trauma and pain he caused.
En lo personal el doctor Angiano me atendió muy bien en mi cirugía, la enfermera muy atenta me explicaba todo a detalles y las dudas y cualquier resultado siempre me llamaron de vuelta, me gustó la atención.
I wouldn't recommend this OB office. This was my second pregnancy( I delivered my first in Northern California) and i only experienced one visit here before having a miscarriage. At my visit, i didn't care for the receptionist as she wasn't very welcoming. I saw the NP who was nice. She said I had the option to meet the OB " if I wanted to and to try and meet him at least once." Why would an OB not even attempt to see me/meet during a pregnancy when he would be the one delivering? They don't do ultrasounds in their office and have to be scheduled in another office. They literally don't pick up the phone, so I've ended up in the ER to address the miscarriage. My first pregnancy office was a dream compared to this one. I wouldn't recommend putting your life and your baby's life in these people's hands.
I don’t even know where to start. Receptionists never answer the phone. Get dates wrong. Have rude demeanors like they look down on you. Prescriptions are not filled accurately or on time. The doctor himself is the worst I’ve ever had. About a week Before my first scheduled appointment with him I ended up in the ER after many fruitless trips to urgent cares (this is still pandemic times to put it in perspective). Anyways I went into ER for extreme lower abdominal pain in my female areas, both left but especially right side. Had missed a lot of work. The ultrasound at ER showed a lot of masses, went over my medical and family history and we likened it to PCOS. They gave me pain meds and I took this information to Dr.Anguiano. He seems in such a rush every single appointment, even though his waiting room rarely has more than one person other than myself at a time. He doesn’t leave room for conversation, or to ask about or listen to questions. Tells me hormonal birth control is the only treatment. Offers no further assessments, doesn’t ask my medical history, anything. I don’t want the birth control but accept because I want relief so very badly. Tells me to skip the placebo, no periods, should help with cramping. I asked when I set up the appointment on the phone, when I arrived at the receptionist office, and when I spoke to the doctor for a Pap Shmere as I hadn’t had one done before. He didn’t use any instruments, didn’t take any tissue for sampling, he only felt internally and externally for the cysts and did not chart on my records that I had the pap shmere done. Now I feel violated. I have many questions about how the birth control works, if there’s any health or life style choices I can make to help my condition. He tells me eat healthy, lose weight, and says to give the birth control time and that it may take several months to regulate me and get me feeling normal. Fast forward, I move to LA but did not change my insurance and that is one me. I still get flare ups and occasionally miss work from pain. Can’t lay on my stomach, bend over in cars, near the end couldn’t even tie my shoes some days. I finally decide to call their offices after a little less than a year of being on the birth control after an awful night at work where I broke down in tears in front of a customer from the pain. I call 3 times and the offices do not answer (and this is routine behavior for them) so I leave a voicemail in tears pleading for an appointment at the earliest convenience because I can tell there is something terribly wrong. They call me back, I want to say one or two days later. We can’t fit you in until late next week. Okay, I will see you there. I come in and they tell me I have the wrong date. Pardon? I repeat the date back to them on the phone and write it on my physical calendar and set a note on my phone so how. I always repeat it back at least once because you can mishear things on the phone and this was so important for me. (Please remember I drove down from LA for this appointment , again that is on me but also why I was so vigilant of the dates). I tell them I can’t come back, it really is important to do this asap so they fit me in. I explain my symptoms to the doctor, point where my pain is because he asks( I am wearing high waisted pants) and the very first thing he tells me is that “it sounds like you have stomach problems” and should seek help from a gastroenterologist. I’m sorry, maybe you don’t remember me hello. You gave me birth control to control my PCOS and I’m telling you it’s not working please help me. I know my body well enough to know the difference between stomach and ovarian pain, please do not offend me. He has the gall to tell me that it’s not PCOS because the birth control should be working to fix my problems and since I haven’t seen him in almost a year there’s no way it could be as bad as I say. Mind you I have explained to him that I live far away which was an(irresponsible) factor in my decision making. I also had been having these pains for 3 years at this point 1/2
This facility does not answer the phone. I’ve called over 10 times today to cancel my appointment and no answer. I’m glad I read the reviews, 0 stars, do not waste time or energy here.
I wanted to bring to your attention an incident that occurred during my recent visit to the office. Yesterday, I experienced unprofessional behavior and disrespectful conduct from Conchita that I believe needs to be addressed. During my visit, Conchita made rude comments in front of other patients, creating an uncomfortable environment for myself. Despite my patience, her behavior persisted, and she was dismissive of my inquiries. This lack of professionalism and disrespect is concerning and does not reflect the level of service I expect as a patient. I kindly request that appropriate action be taken to address this issue and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Professionalism and respect are essential in any customer service interaction, and it is crucial that all staff members uphold these standards. While she holds the front desk position, it's crucial to recognize the compassionate and respectful approach of the health workers in the back. If she's dealing with personal matters, it's essential for her to maintain a professional demeanor in this workplace setting. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a resolution that ensures a more positive experience for all patients.
They Never answers the phone or returns voice messages. I've been waiting for my lab results since March.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
