Disappointed to say the least with the care Dr. Martinez. has given my elderly mother. Since visiting his practice, her health has been declining. I accompanied her on a recent appointment because I wanted to be more informed of what was happening, she was prescribed a ridiculous amount of medication. I come to realize Dr Martinez DOESN'T even treat my mother himself. In his olace, it's his nurse practitioner assistant who's been treating my mom. This is absolutely outrageous. I've contacted the MBC, this is incredibly unethical.

We've lived in Eastlake for 2 decades now and we've had several doctors over the years, but none as good as Dr. Martinez crew. Dr. Nikki is the most attentive doctor I had in my life. She will spend hours with you with a clear and sincere care for your well being. They all go the extra mile. It's always nice to be received by Norma in the reception with a big smile. I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Francisco Martinez has been my mom's attending physician in Sharp hospital.He is awesome,very approachable and he listens to all my concerns about my mom's health problem.So I decided to make him as the primary physician of my mom and me.The very first time we went to Dr. Martinez office, I was so impressed of the customer service that I experience with Norma the front desk person and the medical assistant Mitch who showed a very caring approach to my mom and also she helped me remind Dr.Martinez of the very important paper works that I submitted to them.Most especially Nikki, she was an amazing lady, she was so friendly,knowledgeable and very accomodating.When I asked her a favor to help me with the ihss and some other paper works, she guided me in a very Professional manner and submitted the paperworks on time.Above alI,I want to thank Dr.Martinez from the bottom of my heart for patiently filling up tons of forms.With my experience I give Dr.Martinez and his staff 50 stars customer service.keep up the good work.Good job.Thank you so much...

Nikky is the best. She spends so much time with patients. I think she is the reason we drive out of the way to see her and Dr. Martinez who is very caring, never rushes through seeing the patient(s). He gives a careful and thorough diagnosis and treatments and has done the follow-up. The office and staff is very difficult to reach, do not always follow through on needed paperwork, which is sometimes delayed. Otherwise 5-star. However, since the Dr. and PA are most important to care, we've been a bit more tolerant because of them.
