This review doesn't deserve one single star. Cindy or Sandy what ever her name is seems to not like her job at all what a miserable life she has honestly poor lady I wouldn't want to be in her shoes give her a raise she probably needs it maybe she'll be more professional and quit having that bitchy attitude. I received conflicting information about my referral. When I tried to clarify, she seemed annoyed and refused to help. When I called, the secretary was unhelpful and almost seemed irritated that I was calling for information. Overall, my experience made me feel undervalued as a patient. I hope the office takes steps to improve their customer service, as it left a negative impression.

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star!!! I spoke to cindy assistant horrible service doesn't resolve your problem bitch as attitude repites her self like your stupid , DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! IF she doesn't won't to work by all means QUIT . give that place to some one who will appreciate her job.

Really disappointed in the communication. They sent me somewhere that did not take my insurance for an ultrasound after mentioning that that was one of my biggest concerns, going somewhere that takes my insurance. The morning of my ultrasound the imaging center called me to tell me they didn't take my insurance, so I called Dr. Rosario's office and the Front continued to tell me that they did take my insurance, after telling them multiple times that they canceled my appointment due to not taking my insurance. Was on hold for over 11 minutes and they couldn't even get my name correct to find me in the system. Wonder if it was the Bruno Mars blasting in the background. Being such high risk of cancer, this is just absolutely unacceptable and disappointing. Staff is so unprofessional.

I would not recommend this Dr. or her practice, for many reasons, which I could write an essay about, but mainly due to the lack of professionalism from her practice staff, who are rude and unorganised. Getting my benefit/maternity leave forms signed off was a nightmare and their lack of urgency and importance, left me without my maternity leave payments for over a month. In a nutshell , I left them forms to fill out and they left it in a folder for 28 days. I kept on calling, and getting nowhere; they would pass the blame onto the Dr and when I finally went there myself, they finally took the trouble to physically look in a folder and found my papers, unsigned. Office manager then became passive aggressive, instead of being apologetic for their terrible management and organisational skills and told me I'd have to wait another week, since the Dr. Was on vacation. They are the few offices that don't send off your paperwork because according to the receptionist, patients kept on complaining of their forms not being sent. So if you choose this practice, you will have to go back and forth to leave and pick up paperwork, if they don't lose it and actually get it signed. Another very inconvenient thing for a pregnant woman, is that if you arrive 6 minutes late, they will literally turn you away, even though the Dr. Will take up to 2 hours to see you, so your appointment will never be on time. The staff is so rude including the office manager

This place is horrible over the phone i can only imagine in person. Nobody is on the same page . Miscommunication every phone call . So glad i decided against this "office" i wish i could do NO STARS

DO NOT SEE DR. DEL ROSARIO! She saw my sister for her grapefruit sized fibroid and referred her to a Dr.Lee who would help remove her fibroid using "radio frequency energy". She referred my sister knowing that they did not take her insurance and that she would need to pay out of pocket. The procedure was thousands of dollars and exactly one year later my sister got all her symptoms back just to go to the emergency room and find out that Dr. Lee did not remove her fibroid. Dr. Del Rosario did not take accountability for this referral but also said that she never said the fibroid would be removed only " softened". What kind of OBGYN would allow her patient to go through so much financial, emotional and physical pain. Do not! Trust her or go see her for any of your needs.

I would give this zero stars if I could went to this gynecologist for the first time and never again. I checked in for my appt in which they took me in quickly. However I was left in the room for an hour without any update until the doctor came in. While being in the room for a whole hour I noticed how dirty the room looked like and I honestly wanted to leave but I was already there. Once the doctor came in she was telling me that “I noticed you were a bit…” and didn’t finish her sentence as she made a wide gesture Which really offended me because “overweight” is not a bad word and she made me feel awful. She then began to practice lazily by telling me my symptoms were caused by my weight and asked if I was doing something about it. Once I said yes she then congratulated me? She then told me she was going to examine me and use her fingers which I consented to until she then put in a vaginal speculum inside me without consent and even warning me which caused me pin and discomfort. I am writing this so that people are aware.

ZERO STARS !! They have very VERY unprofessional staff answering phone calls during closed brake time. I no longer want to seek help from a company who’s staff are so rude I defiantly will NOT recommend this place to anyone !!

Dr. Del Rosario is great and sweet. I trust her completely. However, booking appointments is pointless. You end up waiting either in the waiting room or exam room upwards from an hour regardless of if you make an appointment.
