He’s good doctor but he have bad stuff specially on the receptionist phone no one can answer your call and they never come back to call you again and they say we will return your call after 24 hours and they never do

Do not come here!! Don't even try! Save your time!! Highest level of incompetence I've ever dealt with. How some of these receptionist are working at a Dr. Office is beyond me. Called Wed ( 2 days ago) to find out how far out for a first time appointment. Was told 2 months, but needed my referral sent first. Ok fine got that sent same day by 4pm, called back and couldn't get ahold of anyone so left a message. Called next morning (Thurs) left another message. Never heard back so I kept calling, finally got ahold of someone and she said ok let me transfer you to first time appointment department. No answer there so I left yet another message. Never heard back that day either so again I called the following day, today, only to find out now they're not accepting new patients!? Just wasted so much of my time trying to get an appointment here, and now have to wait even longer to have my referral sent back to the original endocrinologist. No wonder this place has a 2 star avg review. Stay far away, go somewhere else. Trust me.

UNEDUCATED "DOCTORS" that they DONT EVEN CARE ABOUT YOU. 1 star is toooo much for these people. They don't care at all about you or the health of your love ones. Extremely unprofessional and uneducated. Maria Argud is the worse I've ever seen. I was trying to get refill on an insulin when my dad was out of his medication for over 5 days and all they cared about was getting a new appointment if I want refill!!!!!!!! My dad ended up in ER with a blood sugar level at 400 because of these people. DO NOT GO THERE !!!!

They never answered the phone. I had an appointment with them, got the confirmation for in person visit, I got off from work and went there. Shockingly, the office was closed. Many frustrated patients waiting there not knowing what to do. They didn't answer the phone either. As a cancer survive that needs a routine follow up I am already late and stressed out.

I can't speak for the Dr because after two weeks of trying to schedule an appointment I was never able to get in. The office staff does not answer the phone or return calls. The two Times I was able to speak to anyone I was given the runaround and told that my referral is not on file. Which was incorrect since I had the letter from SCMG and Hand. The office staff did not care to help at all. In my opinion this is unacceptable so I switched to another provider.

This office is LYING. I called San Ysidro Health Centers to let them know this office is denying unvaccinated patients. They APOLOGIZED PROFUSELY & automatically scheduled a new appointment with another Endocrinologist on Est (Chula) who not only accepted me but also said they are shocked to see a doctor refusing service. There is not a mandate or rule for them to do this. Only a few offices are denying unvaccinated individuals. THIS IS ONE OF THEM. Not only do I have an overactive thyroid but I have a cancerous growth in my lung. I’m glad to see another doctor because this doctor obviously doesn’t care for the health of others. Also after explaining I have Natural Antibodies their office still didn’t care. The CDC just released info stating natural antibodies are 6x more effective than the vaccine. This doctor needs to do his research or close his office.

Dr Argoud is very genteel man with a wry sense of humor but is very knowledgeable and accessible. He has saved me on a couple occasions with last minute prescription requests and he literally saved me from a misdiagnosis by my primary care physician who i immediately stop visiting. I would give him 5 stars except his front office is awful. They don’t pick up the phone, not really that polite and just hard to get through to the physicians or get basic information. That needs to be improved because I literally considered other endocrinologist offices due to the bad customer experience

Poco profesional el Doctor y su oficina. Llegue a mi cita estoy con problemas graves de tiroides y el doctor no quiso atenderme porque no estoy vacunado. Es ridiculo y fuera de su juramento médico. Malísimo doctor
