Buenos días yo quiero decir que fue muy excelente el servicio de las que atienden y el doctor solamente que a salir tardan mucho para hacerte una cita te tienes que esperar como si u viera llegado hasta que te nombren y tardan mucho , en otras partes sales haces tu cita y te vas y aquí tienes que esperar y la verdad no me gusto eso

Terrible service, they always take forever just to see you, and they don't really care about your concerns, or to try and help your teeth get better especially if you've already payed it off. They always have attitude if you ask for a simple request, terrible

The lady at the front with red hair was super nice and also the lady who took my x rays, she had long black hair and glasses. They're awesome. But the older woman with the wet/greasy hair was super inattentive. After I got my cleaning I was instructed to go to her, she was on the phone with a patient. Okay. 1,2,3,4,5,6 mins passed by and she didn't even acknowledge me. The dental assistant who did my cleaning said to go to the front lobby and they'd call me up. Nope. Idk what her name is but the woman with the black greasy hair on the checkout desk is super unprofessional. Do better girl lol you're too damn old to be having an attitude

Everything was great, from the check in with Susana and the check out with Nora. They are so efficient. Abby the assistant was so nice, made me feel comfortable. Dr. Hanna was so good, he made sure I was ok through my cleaning. He listened to my concerns and answered my questions. Great experience overall.

Miss Nora runs this office like a surgeon. She is polite, professional, and pleasant to everyone. Susanna, Dr. Kenya, and Elena were just as friendly, nice, patient, polite and proficient as well. Great Dental Group has an amazing staff, spotlessly organized, clean, and professional facility, and go above and beyond to provide excellent dental care while ensuring quality service! If I could leave no stars I would the worst orthodontist experience ever !!!!!!! My son who is 9 has only had his expander and brackets for 2 months and they have been falling off every other day! To get seen takes hours they are so behind and on top of it he is always seen by an assistant rather then a Dr they never call you back and basically i got tricked in to this whole thing I started at the Eastlake location because they told me the Dr worked out of that location then later I found I she's there once a month and I kept getting scheduled to all these other locations it's been a horrible experience faulty work and products. Everyone I have spoken to said they have never heard of wires and brackets falling off like this. Don't go here save your self from this nightmare I have to now try and get everything removed and find another location

Very well treated. Every time I come, they treat me with kindness and with promptness. I call on the 9/26/25, and same day I was seen by, Susana, Irma, Nora, and dr. Tabarsi. They were so nice, now my dad is a new patient here!!!!
