Dr Stainer and his associates are excellent. However the office practices and employees are less than professional or proficient. Dr. Stainer is 5 star while his front office staff are 1-2 star.

Dr. Stainer has employed a doctor who is currently on license probation for a lack of medical knowledge, poor communication skills, and bad ethics. I was a victim of this man, Dr. Walia. Do not go to this office. Check Healthgrades.com for full report of Dr. Walia.

Everyone in the office is a friendly and the care that I got was great. I have never had an office where the "other doctor" just says hi so you know the everyone. THE BEST OFFICE I'VE EVER BEEN TO.

Very poor results for blepharoplasty Hind sight is 20/20 - I should have gone to an oculoplastic surgeon. My eyes look far worse than before the blepharoplasty which was performed about 10 weeks ago. My eyes are also irritated and red all the time now since the surgery and dry eye is much worse. I am going to LA to get this mess cleaned up. Although insurance covered the initial surgery, it may not cover the repairs. The doctor's attitude was careless, unconcerned, and completely lacking in empathy- in fact he seemed annoyed and angry if I asked asked any questions. I understand that he is good at cataract and laser surgery but this whole experience with the blepharoplasty has been a nightmare!

Had a little bit of a wait time today (~45 minutes), but the staff was very courteous and professional! Second time seeing (no pun) Dr. Janae L. Vance & I couldn't have had a better experience. Very personal, detailed and efficient, she will get you in and out and with a proper prescription & advice. I will definitely come back for my next yearly. Thanks!

He's very knowledgeable, and has a good staff. But wait times to get in are RIDICULOUS! It takes at least an hour of waiting (today was an hour and 40 minutes) to be seen (even if you arrive early or on time!). So if you go, don't schedule any other appointments for that day, nor expect to be able to go on your lunch break.

Rude staff, overcharged me twice. Changed my appointments 3 different times. Someone there must have stock in certain name brand drug companies because you have to use the expensive name brand eye drops and not the cheaper generic drops. And if you dare complain about any of the above they threaten to reschedule your surgery 6 weeks out. Really arrogant dr and staff. Won't go back, ever!

As a patient you are expected to "put up and shut up " or they threaten to take your surgery date away. You're to put up with being overcharged, bounced around like ping pong ball with appt dates, forgotten in the waiting room for over 45 minutes and being forced to use name brand eye drops that cost $200 a vial (there are 4 vials and you'll need at least 2 refills ). This was an awful experience and I wouldn't send my worst enemy to these people.

Had my first eye exam here. I made an appointment and was seen right away. Found a great pair of glasses and only took 2 weeks to get them. I will deff be coming here next year for my next exam!!
