WARNING. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. UNLESS YOU HAVE $ TO THROW AND TIME TO WASTE . AND STILL NOT GET SEEN BY THE SO CALLED DOCTOR MONDRAGON. I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW ON BEHALF OF MY DAD. HE HAD AN APPOINTMENT 1.30 P.M. SO HE ARRIVED EARLY LIKE AT 1 P.M. HE SIGNED IN AND THEY TOOK HIS TEMPERATURE AND HE WAITED AND WAITED AND WAITED. TILL ABOUT 3 O CLOCK CAME AROUND AND THERE WAS ABOUT 5 OTHER PATIENTS WAITING IN THE WAITING ROOM SO MY DAD GOT UP TOLD THE RECEPTIONIST THAT HE WAS JUST GONNA LEAVE. ALL THE RECEPTIONIST TOLD HIM WAS THAT IF HE WANTED TO MAKE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT MY DAD SAID NO THANK YOU AND HE LEFT. MY DAD LEFT BECAUSE HE WASNT SEEING ANY MOVEMENT FROM THE DOCTOR. THE OTHER PATIENTS THAT WERE THERE STAYED THERE WAITING AND NOBODY EVER GOT CALLED IN TO SEE THE DOCTOR. SO MY SISTER CALLED AROUND 4.30 P.M. AND ASKED WHY MY DAD WASNT SEEN BY THE DOCTOR AND THE RECEPTIONIST SAID THAT THE DOCTOR WASNT THERE AT ALL. NOW KEEP IN MIND THE APPOINTMENT WAS FOR THE HEART. SO IF A PERSON DIDNT HAVE ANYTHING WRONG WITH THEIR HEART BY THE TIME THEY ARE DONE WITH THEIR SO CALLED APPOINTMENT I'M SURE SOMETHING WILL BE WRONG WITH THEIR HEART. AND I'M NOT SAYING THAT IN A FUNNY WAY. I JUST WONDER HOW LONG THEY WOULD OF MADE HIM WAIT TILL THEY TOLD HIM THE DOCTOR WASNT GONNA BE ABLE TO SEE HIM. AND ONE MORE THING. THE RECEPTIONIST DIDN'T EVEN ASK MY DAD WHY HE WAS LEAVING OR IF EVERYTHING WAS FINE. ALL SHE ASKED WAS IF HE WANTED TO MAKE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT. HORRIBLE WAY TO RUN A BUISNESS. HORRIBLE WAY TO TREAT PEOPLE AND NOT TAKE CARE OF YOUR CLIENTS. MY DAD WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE. AND I THINK ACTUALLY I SUGGEST YOU SHOULDN'T EITHER. IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS. SO DONT GO HERE. THEY ARE HORRIBLE.
This place is horrible 🛑 don’t go they are the worse in customer service the doctor never saw my father after 3 hours of wait time called back to ask why and receptionist was rude and confrontational she argued with us and told us it was not 3 hours it was 2 1/2 this was a horrible experience for all our family if u go check your heart and are felling great after leaving here makes you have a hearth attack
