I have had a great experience at this office with my family. The medical assistants are caring and helpful, the PA was thorough and spent time with us. Wait times are standard for a doctor's office.

Idk how to give a 0 star to this office and the PA… while staff has attitude problems and the PAS BEST ANSWER IS “I DONT KNOW” horrible experience… we cancel and went to DR. Rattner on gateway!.. excellent DR.

Office manger is the best she made sure I was taken care of from start to finish.

Dr. Kafri has been my father’s doctor for years, He is always been so courteous and very professional with a genuine caring for him, He and his staff take time to check that my father has all medication refilled on time. Dr. Kafri has a high standard qualification on Cardiovascular care with the latest technology and treatment options for his patients. El servicio es exelente con alta calidad en el cuidado de sus pacientes Dr Kafri habla varios idiomas inglés, español, arabe y su personal siempre está dispuesto ayudar para que todo esté muy claro acerca del manejo y tratamiento de nuestros familiares.

The follow up visit did not even last 3 minutes...I brought some concern about pain in my leg but he reiterated that we didn’t find anything 3 months ago - well that was 3 months ago and things change!! I felt like I was wasting his time!! His interest was somewhere else as he let me know by getting up and leaving the room! I guess he picks and chooses who’s worth caring for! Very disappointing! Side note: the staff seems to care more and do for you what they say they would do 👏 🤙🏼

Were do I even begin not only is DR Kafri the best cardiologist in San Diego but his staff in the Chula Vista location are amazing I have been his patient for more than 5 years, and have received excellent care ever since

I've been under Dr Kafri's care for 5 or 6 years now. He's very good at obtaining approval for special medications such as eliquis. However, no one from his office EVER discusses my condition with me. I have had numerous ultrasound tests of my heart and legs, and several nuclear and treadmill tests, and have NEVER been given or shown any results. I am always told, "Everything looks okay." Further, Dr Kafri does not make test results and notes available on any patient portal. I've been hospitalized 3 times for heart failure, and have never had my condition explained to me by medical personnel. So I have gone from minor hypertension and an abnormal ECG to chronic heart failure, severe edema, and 90 percent oxygen saturation with no idea why.

I showed up fir my appointment 10 min early, waited for 30 minutes then was taken to a room for vitals. While I was waiting in that room for 15 minutes. The entire time I was in the room I could hear Dr Kafri talking to a booking agent about an upcoming trip and an excursion he wanted to take. COME ON - I can’t make personal calls at work and I feel he shouldn’t either. I still had to wait another 30 min to see the dr. My appt was at 10:30. I was not finished until noon for a 15 minute follow up appt
