Avoid this place. This office will let you die before pretending to give you medical assistance. They don’t care to discover the underlying problem you’re having. They will keep sending you home untreated or they will not return your calls to see you at all. I’ve never seen anything like this. It’s terrifying that they are practicing medicine and not care about people
When you need to attention of the Dr or the PA, its sad to say they think charting is much more important than a patient that is having asthma issues. Giving them 1 star is being generous
Check with Humana where a complaint was registered due to their incompetence in just filling prescriptions.
Staff is so helpful. They are accommodating and try to fit you in and facilitate prescriptions, lab orders, specialist referrals, etc. love the female doctor there.
This week I received yet my THIRD telephone call from Dr. Rizkallah's office wanting to schedule me for a physical. I told the person that called me the following:1. I have told them three times that I do not plan to return as a patient.2. I have a new physician, and have changed to USCD Medical Center.3. Please update your records, and do not call me again.I wonder if they'll get the message this time!
Very good healthcare team.I only had to wait 5 minutes before seeing Dr Rizkallah. He was very professional and his staff very helpful.I highly recommend this office for any medical care needed
How many telephone calls are enough? I would say one, two is too many.I had a call from Dr. Rizkallah's office wanting to schedule me for a physical, due to my insurance getting in touch with them about it. I told them that I would let them know, and would get back to them.Yet again, the office called about a making an appointment for a physical. I guess they didn't get the message the first time, when I said that I would call them. This time I told them that I would be changing my insurance so that I could use the UCSD hospital facilities in Hillcrest, where everything is in the same building, so that I wouldn't have run all over San Diego to my appointments. She still didn't get the message, and wanted to know if I had time to come in for an physical. I told her again that I would be changing my insurance, and she wanted to know when it would go into effect. I finally told her that I wasn't interested in returning as a patient, and that was final.
First time here as a new patient. The front office girls are really nice, but Dr. Rizkallah seemed in a hurry. As a new patient, he ordered a battery of tests for me. I asked him for a referral to a podiatrist due to the pain that I was having in my feet, and he refused to give me one. Each test that he gave me a prescription for required me to make an appointment, and pay a visit another office, which is unacceptable for my needs. I cancelled my next appointment with Dr. Rizkallah, and will be looking for a new physician.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
