Jeannette Del Valle's Online Review Report Card

I love Dr. Del Valle and her staff. I am always able to get appointments when I need them and her staff is so responsive to my needs. Dr Del Valle has been my dr for 20 years now and I would never change her.

I’m very disappointed with this clinic. I call last week for appointment they never call me back. And yesterday I have a appointment via phone with Dr.Jeanette she never call me back . I’m removing myself to this clinic. I would not recommend this clinic. If there’s a ZERO I will give this clinic a Big Fat ZERO🤬😡🤬I’m very upset with this place.

Joke of an office and doctor. I think she received her degree from YouTube university. I don’t even know how she’s still practicing and isn’t shut down. Her assistants aren’t any better. The office hours are made up, no one ever answers the phone, the doctor is never available for months. Will be switching!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS JOKE OF A PRACTICE.

Horrible experience i've called to make an appointment and have been waiting since 09-2020 for a call back. Multiple calls, emails, and they didn't allow us to go into the office for help. Expectations were high and unfortunately this has left me very disappointed. Will be switching right away.

I have being her patient for almost 20 years. She is a very good and caring doctor. She doesn't hesitate to send you to a specialist or to get studies done of needed.

We had an unprofessional situation where one staff member tried to change my referral to a place she wanted me to tell her mother "Hi" for her at and made a big stink when I wanted my referral changed back to where I had requested it to! The med I was Rxd caused bleeding tho it wasn't supposed to and it took the doctor a week to call me back only because I threatened legal action. They are also understaffed, so answering the phone, returning calls, or keeping normal business hours are just not happening:( I have not had these issues AT ALL since leaving to another provider's office.

I have called Dr Del Valles’ office 4 to 5 times a day Monday through Friday for two weeks and no one answers. The message tells you to leave a message but it’s not set up for messages. My mother is too old (90) to have to go through this neglect.

I have been a patient for more than 17 years. She provides great care and is involved in your health. The girls in the front provide superb customer service. It's a nice cozy office that gives you the full attention. Strongly recommended!!!

I went to Dr. Jeanette Del Valle this morning after I read all the reviews. I was more curious on what kind of service will I get. After talking to her staff and the doctor, it was an amazing experience! As if I was talking to my best friend, the staff was sooo friendly! They were smiling all the time. They made me feel at ease, provided me the care that I need. Dr. Jeanette Del Valle, you are one of the best doctor I've known. I recommend her if you need help.

Chantal at the front desk is very rude and dismissive. One of the girls even changed my referral to a place where her mother works without asking me, clearly a kick back! When I didnt want to go there, they wouldn't help me! The doctor is very kind to your face, but doesnt consider your personal situation. She rx'd me the wrong stuff then wouldn't take my calls when I was BLEEDING upon administration of the false rx. She wouldn't speak with me without scheduling an appointment so she can be paid for the conversation. She also has odd hours that are not listed and doesn't have an answering service or even a voicemail. I called with all symptoms of an infection and she wouldn't see me til the next day and I ended up in urgent care by then with no way to let her know I wouldn't be in first thing in the morning then she still charged me!
