Dr. Jennifer Rullan helped me tremendously with my ongoing melasma ! I had tried different creams, soaps and brightening products that nothing really worked. My first initial visit was April 2018 and as soon as she saw my face she knew what my concerns were ! She immediately addressed them and gave me such hope. Not only did she gave me hope but she actually boosted my moral in which I was able to see through the products she prescribed! I told her that I would follow everything she would want me to try! Within 6 months all her treatments worked. She continues to still help me and I’m very happy with the end result! I’m extremely thankful that she demonstrates that she cares and she loves what she does! Thank you Dr. Jennifer Rullan and also her nice assistant that makes everyone feel welcomed!!

Dr J Rullan took the time to assess my skin adequately for potential cancer. Two areas were recommended to be biopsies. One was immediately biopsies for the likelihood of squamous cell carcinoma. Now I go back to my insurance company who did not take the time to save my life quite frankly. And have them do what should have been done 3 months prior! I trust Dr J Rullan with my life. Next she’s going to do a skin peel can’t wait! Thanks doc!

Dr Jen is the best . She’s know what you need to look your best. She’s kind, courteous and generally interested in how you’re feeling. And very prompt as well. Love the staff also. Everybody is very nice!

Very professional. Modern facility. Great waiting room comfy seating lots of nice magazines coffee water and snacks. Paid parking only downside. If no walking impairments nice places nearby within 5 minute walking distance like Chula Vista Public Library. Friendly helpful staff. Elevator takes you to waiting room. No long wait time. All Doctors that I have seen and nurse practitioner and assistants very knowledgeable and interested in products you use. Sometimes visits a little short but Dr. Jennifer Rullan spent a lot of time with me regarding my scalp problems. In addition to trying to find correct medication for my specific problem she also wrote down alternative and holistic treatments to try. I trust her judgement and thankful for her concern for me as a whole person including diet recommendations and supplements that are helpful. Good people there.

My two daughters are patients of Dr. J. Rullan, they both really trust and highly recommend her to their friends. She is very positive and really wants the best for their treatments. Her medical assistants also take their time in answering any questions. We look forward to our visits and have full confidence in Dr. Rullan.
