Called on Thursday to get a refill for my meds that the doctor told me to never stop taking (I’ve been taking this medication for 4 years non stop, never missed a dose) they never picked up the phone and I had to leave several voicemails. Called Friday same thing. Then on Monday I called again and this time they picked up saying they are sending a refill to cvs for my meds. Called cvs to confirm but they told me they never sent any refills, had to go in person for them to get it done. So, overall I went five days without medication that I was told I had to take or otherwise I could d!e. And had to deal with them not sending my refill in when they said they did. Oh and they also said they never received any of my voicemails or any of cvs messages. 🙄😒 (The only reason I’m still going there is because of my insurance)

I been leaving messages to make an appointment as I received a referral. No one in one month has responded the call. Now the voicemail is full. This is so professionally irresponsible as their automated response say they are open from 8am to 5 pm.

Very difficult to talk to someone for appointments or any kind of information

Best doctor I have ever been to. Solved my issues and was very helpful. Kind and compassionate.

Horrible experience, and the staff never calls you back always get an answering machine.

I don't want to leave a negative review and will not put down the Dr nor the staff. However, I do believe more training or more staff is needed. I've left several messages and no response. One time I got a live person and she transferred me to the MA desk to leave ANOTHER message. I called again this morning and their inbox is full and cannot leave a message. My only option now is to go into the office just to get information. This should not happen.

I'm not one to leave reviews especially bad ones but i believe sense last year probably around September-October I have been trying to be seen by the office after my Dr said I might have Asbestos in my lungs. The first time I had contact with the office they said they didn't accept my insurance. And then 2 months after that I got a call saying I missed my Appointment which I never made with them, and nobody called me to even remind me of this random appointment that was made. So I was like alright fine let's make an appointment now that I'm on the phone so we set it up for the end of January beginning of February. I called I believe the day before and it turned out they didn't make my appointment.... Last week I called to see when my appointment was because I had to get a CT scan before my appointment Soni wanted to make sure I scheduled it with times to have my results ready. So I confirmed with Dr.Liras office that my appointment is March 4th 2022 and I was able to get a sooner CT scan. Fast forward to today March 4th 2022 I called in to see what time my appointment is nobody answered so I left a VM. So I get a call back about 30min later and come to find out that my referral expired. And now I have to wait for my Primary Dr to extend my referral which usually takes 3-8 weeks... No joke and once that referral finally goes through I will have to make an Appointment with Dr.Lira again which is of now has been 2-3 months out everytime I make an appointment.... Very frustrating especially having to wait to see how bad things might be... But we March Forward

The worst customer service ever, staff never answer their phone, I have left over 3 voice mails and and haven't get a single call back. I been with out medical supplies for over a month due to his incompetent staff can answer the phone. I have made more then 75 calls in one day from 8am all the way to 5pm and I only get one time to speak to someone who transfer my call without even asking what was the purpose of the call. Bottom line, these place sucks.

They will never ever answer your call. I left 10 voicemails with all the info they need but no callback after weeks. For ones someone answered my call and transferred me to who knows where because i got hung up. Horrible place!!
