They will never ever answer your call. I left 10 voicemails with all the info they need but no callback after weeks. For ones someone answered my call and transferred me to who knows where because i got hung up. Horrible place!!

For a week now I have been trying to make my dad an appointment. I've called everyday, and only twice got a human to respond, who then transfer me to another answering machine to leave yet another message that I never get a call back from. This is absolutely insane! Horrible service thus far, and I haven't even made past making the actual appointment!

He is the worst pulmonary doctor you can meet! If I can give negative stars, I would. He doesn't care about his patient and is not passionate about the patient. Don't ever go see this doctor

Horrible Dr and staff, never seek treatment at this establishment, you're better off going elsewhere.

He was rude and not attentive at all, he didn’t allow me to ask questions about my health, he took me out of his office right away and I had to ask some things in the middle of the hallway in front of his stuff!!!! He got angry about my questions. His stuff told me that he is always like that. Terrible

La Persona que contesta para hacer citas es muy grocera no debería estar en la atención de pacientes, ojalá el Dr Lira cambie a esta persona por que le hace mucho daño a su prestigio profesional.después que me dejó esperando en el telefono 15 minutos me dijo que hablara en 4 días porque estaba muy ocupada que ella tenía que atender a 40 personas y que ahorita no tenía tiempo para buscar la referencia de mi doctor esta persona se olvida que si está donde está trabajando es gracias a los pacientes que van a consulta pero con su mal trato ya no vamos a ir es una lástima porque por gente como ella el doctor se va a quedar sin pacientes

They don't return phone calls and they hang up on you, In the meantime I'm gasping for air. I'm not sure if I want to go to this office or not. Very unprofessional, at least whoever answers the phone is. I see they only reply to 5 star reviews.

Dr Lira changed my health drastically. I was seen by the VA previously. I had CPaP & uncontrolled asthma before visiting him. He immediately found something wrong in my treatment & found I was having more allergy triggers. He made a few changes in my medicine & followed up making adjustments. Over a couple months I barely have any cpap incidents & I have been finally been breathing better & I have more energy. He doesn’t mess around in the office. He looks & gives her advice. He explains thing more if you ask for more details. The first couple visits I was skeptical because he got me in & out very quickly. He also helped get me several different masks that fit properly & didn’t bother my big nose. I do want to mention that he does have a lot of patients so keep your appointments because there can be a wait to see him. I’m glad I waited because I’m very happy with him as my doctor.

When you call the office you get instructions to leave a message in order to make an appointment. I did and in several days nobody called me. I called back a couple of times but still no live person to help me out. Today a called and someone picked up and put me on hold for 15 minutes and the call went dead. Called again and complained about the hold and that i did not receive a call back for my appointment. The lady seemed overwhelmed and told me she had many people on hold and said if i did not left a message with insurance provider and date of birth they did not called back....First of all i did left all the info the message asked for. It did not ask for any date of birth! And also, they as the medical providers should call all patience or let us know they cant handle so many patience and refer us to another medical practice....Very bad customer service.

Dr Lira does not beat around the bush !! He tells you like it isAnd will invite you into his office to see actual xrays ect !!He try his best and I appreciate him so much !
