Dr Jose r. Peña has been my Primary Doctor for the last five years, he has taken GREAT care of me during all this time, He is one of a few Doctors that really care for the Patience Health Care.He has been on contact with me when I have need his professional assistance.

I have never rated a business negatively BUT If I had the option to rate 0 stars it will definitely be for this unprofessional doctor's office. The staff at the front desk are rude. I do not recommend that you receive services from this office being that the front desk staff diagnose a patient without "peña" being present and make the call wether the patient is to be seen or not. It's always hard to get a hold of someone to make an appointment, I've had to call multiple times to get an answer during the times that they are not on their 2 hour lunch. It's not a huge clinic to where they are swamped with people so it may be that they are too comfortable with their jobs. Being in the medical field, you need to take your job seriously and it all starts from the root. I definitely will not be going back, I've started my dr visits at scripps and have not had any issues with my appointments, insurance, andI'm always seen when needed.

The administrative staff at the office is completely inept and unknowledgeable to say the very least. I'm a new patient and from the very beginning I had only problems, I had been trying to schedule an MRI for a month and a half and due to their incompetence I had yet to make it. They don't follow up, they lie to try to justify their errors, basically if you appreciate your health do your self a favor and don't go there.

The office staff if very careless they never called my dad regarding his X-ray results thus causing my father to wait with a broken foot for weeks until he went in for a check up. The staff should be held accountable for these types of mistakes. There is no excuse for this to have happened

Dr. PEÑA'S STAFF IS NOT EFFICIENT, DON'T ASK THEM FOR ANY INFORMATION BECAUSE YOU WON'T GET IT, THE ONLY THING THEY DO KNOW HOW TO DO IS APOLOGIZE FOR THEIR INCOMPETENCE. DR. PEÑA HIMSELF HAS NEVER ONCE RETURNED ANY CALLS WITH ANY OF OUR CONCERNS AND HAS BEEN BLATANTLY RUDE TO US IN PERSON.APPOINTMENTS HAVE BEEN IGNORED DUE TO HIS FREQUENT VACATIONS AND NO ATTEMPT OF CANCELLATION FROM HIS STAFF WHATSOEVER HAVE BEEN MADE. ISSUES ARE LEFT UNRESOLVED AS THERE ARE NEVER FOLLOW UPS. (BAD RECOMEND)
