With abundant evidence proving that I was 33% legally disabled, this doctor, (K. Romero) had the nerve to accuse me of accusing him of being the cause of my persistent pain, when I was merely explaining to him that I was in pain. Where he came to that conclusion, I have no idea. He also refuses to treat me because I mentioned to him that his receptionist was being rude. It was not even a complaint, it was a statement. Apparently he was profiling me possibly because I am from out of town.

This man, and his receptionist are very rude, and he behaves as if he is abusing the same narcotic pain relievers that he prescribes to his patients. They make you wait long. They do not care about your schedule. He is known to cancel appointments at short notice.

The few times that we’ve dealt with the doctor have been pleasant. On a few occasions he has shown late. Right now, We have been waiting for the doctor to show for over an hour. I’m sure he must be a decent doctor but his disregard for peoples time is horrid. If a patient shows up late we’d get charged for it, shouldn’t the medical provider be held to the same standards? His staff is friendly too.

I was actually really nervous to see a pain management specialist. I’ve kind of had bad experience with different kinds of medication because of my allergies. He tried different medication‘s till he found some thing I could tolerate. He’s a very kind man and he really does care about his patience. I am very happy with they care I get with him! I’m not one to reviews actually this is my first one. But I saw some of the ones on Dr. Romero and I thought to myself I don’t know what those people are talking about because he really is a kind and caring doctor. not all doctors are like that these days. Some doctors just care about making money but I don’t think Dr. Romero is like that.

Dr. Romero is a extremely caring man. He really listens and pays attention to not just what you're saying, but I feel like the way you are saying it also. GREAT DOCTOR!!! However ever.... I wished they'd post the hours of operation on the website. 😉😁

VERY rude, talks down to patients and gets easily irritated when asked questions. I would give Dr Romero zero stars if I could.
