Kenneth Romero's Online Review Report Card

This man, and his receptionist are very rude, and he behaves as if he is abusing the same narcotic pain relievers that he prescribes to his patients. They make you wait long. They do not care about your schedule. He is known to cancel appointments at short notice.

Terrible!!!!

VERY rude, talks down to patients and gets easily irritated when asked questions. I would give Dr Romero zero stars if I could.

Extremely rude and curt. During the initial visit he was friendly and pleasant, but after that his true colors came out. He makes you feel like you're wasting his time, and he loses his patience when you have questions or concerns.

Dr. kenneth A. Romero ,M.D. at 752 medical center court, suite103 C.V. ca 91911. Is not a people person, makes you feel uncomfortable, when you have a scheduled appt you are waiting an hour in waiting room and then another 30 min more in the exam room, I have been to several appts where he is always late to work. My last appt bit the bullet I'm not one to ever post but when a doctor accusses you of not seeing you in more than 4 months and you are explaining why your receptionist couldn't get me in sooner because Dr. is on vacation and he is completely booked til October and your Dr. Is telling you that he can no longer see you as a patient because he didn't see you sooner, duh !!! I guess the doctor isn't that smart.

Rude Dr & Terrible service. Waited 2+ hours each visit (total of 3 visits) the 1st time they forgot about me and my case manager nurse in the room for an hour and a half! The girl said she was going to get ear pieces to take my temp and never returned! She even left the blood pressure machine on my arm. We were skipped 2 times because of that. Romero is very unprofessional & disrespectful. He said some things in front of my child that were inappropriate! I will never forgive him for that. Not to mention he just walks away instead of talking, like an adult. He needs to change his attitude! I have never seen a Dr so rude.

Thank you so much Dr. Romero. I will always be grateful to you and your professional staff, (Jasmine and Sonia) for giving me back my mobility, functionality, and a life. Three years ago, after having a life-altering accident in the Bay Area that left me severely handicapped and disabled, I also lost my job, my home, and my wife. Forced to live with my daughter and her family in San Diego, I had to overcome my health issues, survive, and move on. By the grace of God, I found your practice online. Desperate and almost hopeless, you were God's gift to me. Your compassionate pain management plan tailored toward my rehabilitation involving the least invasive and most effective treatment available has brought my life back. Having recovered the ability to function and care for myself, I am relocating back to the Bay Area this Christmas. I just wanted to say thank you again by way of this review.

Terrible attitude from this guy, i went in for a consultation for an injection through workmans comp, as soon as he walks in he says you don't look good, I said i have a toothache and am seeing the Dentist Monday, today is Friday btw, he says well I can't see you until we know for sure it's not infected, I said I waited 2 months for this appointment and it's not for the actual injection so why not, he then says I can walk out that door suggesting I was being rude or something, I asked are you giving me the injection today, he says no I then said so whats the problem, I waited a long time to see you, he then goes on that I was being hostile which I wasn't, he then lies and said I never said I couldn't see you today, I looked at my wife and asked her If he did say he couldn't and she was like just start all over, so we did and then he goes on a rant that he never said he couldn't see me blaming me for all this when I was excited after 2 months to finally get some progress done on my back, after that last lie I told my wife lets go, I wouldn't trust him with a needle in my back anyways now. I'm also making a complaint to the Office I was seen at, and btw the office manager pulled me to a side office and apologized and said he had attitude with her as well, she gave me info on who to call to complain about this him.
