List of Kevin Malone's Reviews
Very poor experience! Went there for a physical after moving to the area. The office looked unprofessional (I should have seen the photos people posted). Dr. Malone had poor bedside manners. The secretary/staff were polite, but there were significant miscommunication / billing issues. This was my worst experience going to any medical office.
Dr. Malone and his team are effective, swift and very easy to work with. His attention to all of my health issues have been super. I recommend Dr. Malone.
I have going to Dr Malone for many years. You never see him unless you have a life threatening situation. For me breast cancer in 2015. Over the many years I have only been seen by his nurse practioner who is okay. Recently during my annual physical exam this year 2022 the nurse practioner and ther staff has told me the my osteoporosis is positive from a x-rays. This.has been positive for many years and they have record of such condition for a number of years. And they have record of that. What really concerns me that just a couple of weeks ago 2022 during my annual physical they told me for the first time that I had an abnormal pap smear in 2015. Never got any notification from them until this year 2022 The nurse practioner even tried to cover up by saying that she did not do the pap smear in 2015. I know for a fact that she has been the only person I have seen for my annual physical which included a pap smear for many years. I now have to see a specialist and I just pray there is no cancer
The receptionist and medical assistants were very friendly and helpful. With that being said, I was in the waiting room for over an hour past my appointment meant time before being seen. When Dr. Malone saw me he seemed uninterested in checking out my medical concerns and claimed to not have worked with a popular medication. He came off as a doctor who was unmotivated and not knowledgeable.
My poor experience with this practice started with the front office as I tried to get a prescription refilled (just 1 month with this doctor). The receptionist would answer the phone, put me on hold for 30 minutes then hang on me when she came back briefly (Jessica). After enough of this I decided to drive to the office to discuss the issue and sat down in the waiting area while Jessica fielded calls. That is when I noticed the wifi password sign. See picture, attached. Totally unprofessional. Needless to say, I have a new doctor now.
I would not recommend this Dr or his Assistant. My experience was terrible, I felt very uncomfortable ,the Dr is harsh not very caring he took me off a med cause he said it caused diabetes but the pill he put me on also caused diabetes,my leg swell up from him taking me off this important med and almost put me in the hospital. I'm a school district employee there was an error with my birthdate that was not my fault but a mistake my job made I could not refill my high blood pressure meds cause Dr Malone said I had to change the date. Who does this . Covid came I asked to be put on the opt out list and be excused from work till things got better Dr said no. Now I'm trying to get vital meds I need or gonna have to pay out of pocket. I do not recommend this Dr or his office.
My husband Keith Anderson asked me to post this. He has found Dr. MALONE & staff to be qualified, responsive and caring for many years. Best primary care doctor that he has ever had.
My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Malone for over 25 years. My daughter and son have been patients of Dr. Malone for the last 6 and 3 years respectively. At all times both he and his staff have always been caring and professional. I trust their medical judgement and I highly recommend him and his office. You won't go wrong.
I have been a patient of Dr. Malone for four years, he and his staff have treated my ailments with professionalism and care. I have started to improve steadily over the 4 years, owe a lot of that to Dr. Malone. I highly recommend him.
I have been with Dr Malone and his staff for 15+ years. His diagnoses have been spot on. His staff efficient and very courteous!!!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
