Horrible experience smh. I called because I was referred. The lady had me on hold for 15mins, I called back to see what the hold up was and she was very rude and snappy. I asked if I could speak to a manager she then lied and tells me she’s the manager and hangs up. I then receive a call from the actual manager, she then try’s to say I called her employee out her name!!!! LUCKILY I RECORD THESE CALLS so I knew I just caught her in a lie, I asked for the employees name and then the manager gets rude and try’s to add more lies saying I was on speaker and that her employee isn’t lying and once I told her that it was recorded and so was the conversation her and I were having she calmed down! IM DEFINITELY CALLING CORPORATE. This is a place for pregnant women at that? A place full of liars and unprofessional workers! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I see the other bad reviews, this place is a stressful environment.

DO NOT GO SEE THIS DOCTOR! My wife is a high risk pregnancy with twins and he did not take any notes and didn’t take it seriously but when it came down to transferring to another doctor he didn’t give details or information about my wife being pregnant with twins or give any other details at all about the pregnancy. We had to go to the hospital due to a hemorrhage one day and when we tried to give him the paper work and tell him about he dismissed it and glanced at the paper for maybe 5 seconds if that and said “it should be a normal pregnancy now.” Everytime we go in for an appointment it takes well over an hour to be seen and he literally is in the room for less than 2-3 mins max and tells us some bs. While my wife tried to give him information about her family history about high risk pregnancy running in her family he dismissed it and didn’t even mention it while transferring information as well. The last time we went and saw him he was going to schedule an appointment for my wife almost 2 months out! SHE IS HAVING TWINS! all the research and families I’ve spoken with that have twins in their family have ALL said they were seen atleast twice a month due to the type of pregnancy. Due to the time of the appointment I felt like he wanted to get it over with and just go home since it was almost closing time. Me and my wife highly advise not seeing this doctor especially if you’re high risk. He doesn’t listen and also his on call doctors are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AS WELL. While my wife was bleeding a lot and panicking she contacted the on call number over the weekend and the answering service answered and she gave details (obviously a little scared and panicking) and they responded by TEXTING “do you want the on call doctor to call?” After 45 mins -an hour we are in the emergency room and THEY FINALLY CALL and tell her to get plenty of bed rest and no sex…….. we didn’t give any information about being intimate or her doing any type of physical activity and that’s the response we got. I hope people have a different experience than we did and I hope they atleast correct these issues. That’s just insane highly unprofessional. We definitely didn’t feel like we were in good care.

I recently completed my pregnancy journey with Dr. Sefa for my second child and wanted to share my experience. I chose Dr. Sefa because he was the only one accepting new patients through my insurance, and I was eager to ensure consistent care throughout my pregnancy. From my first visit, I was impressed by the kindness and professionalism of the entire staff. They are incredibly friendly and caring, creating a warm and welcoming environment. A special mention goes to Zulema, who consistently went above and beyond to provide excellent care and support. Dr. Sefa himself is a good doctor and genuinely nice. However, his practice has a high volume of patients, particularly those coming from Mexico. This has led to significant over-scheduling of appointments. On multiple occasions, I found myself waiting for 2-3 hours in the office, only to have the doctor see me for 5 minutes or even less. A particularly challenging experience occurred when I went into labor. The nurse called Dr. Sefa to inform him I was at the hospital. At 1 pm, the nurse told me I was fully dilated and that we were only waiting for Dr. Sefa. Unfortunately, due to his over-scheduled appointments, he did not arrive until around 4 pm. Those were the most stressful three hours of my life. While I appreciate the quality of care I received, the long wait times and brief consultations were a source of frustration. I hope that Dr. Sefa's practice can address these scheduling issues to provide a more balanced and efficient experience for all patients.

Excellent Doctor, a great human. highly recommended.

Definitivamente este doctor no es bueno ya que fui a revisión prenatal cuando tenía 14 semanas de embarazo, le comenté cobre mi inflamación de orina que tenía me reviso los orines y dijo que no tenía ninguna infección semanas después tuve que ir a urgencias porque empeoró mi infección se me pasó a mi riñón y vejiga, tenía una grave infección en la sangre, en el hospital me dijeron que porque no me la había tratado antes yo les comenté que este doctor me había dicho que no tenía ninguna infección siendo que estuvo en peligro mi salud y la de mi bebé

So far, we have had a great experience with Dr. Sefa, he is nice, friendly, and always open to answer your questions, people from Mexico are expecting a Dr’s visit like we are used in Mexico, in the US things are different!! No wait times (for now) Zulema is nice too!! Highly recommend Dr. Sefa!!!

El único detalle que le encuentro es que tarda en atender no te pasa ala hora que es tu cita, peroo! Vale la pena la espera para mi es el mejor ginecólogo es muy atento y calido, resuelve todas las dudas y te hace sentir en confianza, y ni se diga de sus asistentes son super amables y lindas🫶🏻 Por ejemplo, si me embarazara 10 veces fuera con el esas 10 !

They canceled my appointment they day of, were able to see me the next day, my appointment was at 1215. I got there at 1205. Doctor didn't see me until 1:08. Doctor Didn't seem to have read my chart at all. He Did not recommend anything else for my nausea. I Felt rushed, Unheard and annoyed. Do not recommend. Ladies at the front desk were nice though.

They schedule too many people and wait times are super long. I do not recommend this doctor at all. Go somewhere else. Very unprofessional
