The best doctor thank you for save my life

The front desk staff has delayed my father’s treatment by not scheduling a necessary test and treatment. I call every day and it’s the same answer: we will call you back. The insurance authorized the next steps and no action by staff. I wonder if they’d delay if it was their father?

My dad needs necessary treatment and the staff has had authorization from the insurance co. for over a week. The staff has ignored our requests over and over to schedule the next steps. I have no idea if this is intentional or absolute disorganization. Beware!

Dr. AlKourainy gave me fifteen years of normal unencumbered life! I was found to have 9 of 12 lymph nodes positive for breast cancer. Not many had any hope for my survival from this cancer. Dr. Alkourainy was the best.....from answering questions to demanding that I continue my treatments when I felt I could no longer handle my chemo treatments. He took me through eight months of chemotherapy and 5 weeks of radiology. He is caring, thorough and worthy of praise! Dr. AlKourainy is the best!Lynnet Batch

Dr Kourainey is the best oncologist!! This man got me through breast cancer. I will be eternally grateful to him. He checks your blood every single visit. Gets the results for you before your appointment is done. He personally did my chemo treatments cause he didnt care for the fact his staff couldnt get a needle in me. He is very passionate about his work and compassionate with his patients. I reccommend him very highly. I know other cancer patients that also feel as I do. Knowledgeable/ caring . We left feeling as though he'd answered questions that had been left unanswered for the past two months and in fact, we did not even need to ask. He's a most impressive man and we'd trust him with any additional problems.
