Dr. Polanco is knowledgeable and friendly. She always makes me feel good about my visit and I consider her highly trustworthy. I appreciate that her approach is not to medicate as a first line of treatment and she explores other options/appropriate treatments for the given reason for your visit. I always feel listened to and never feel as if I am being talked down to. She also has great staff who are equally friendly and helpful.

Had my first initial visit and I was very impressed. Front office is great and friendly got in right away, medical assistance was nice and professional. Dr. Leticia Polanco is so sweet, caring and professional, she completely made me feel comfortable and cared for. I would definitely recommend this office.

I went to Dr. Polanco as my HMO required that I see her before I saw a specialist for my allergies. She prescribed the Nedi Pot (OTC) and Flonase (Prescription) and encouraged my continued use of Allegra (OTC) if I so choose. She said if that did not work that she would refer me to the allergist. She had seen lots of success with this combo. Well, she was right! I don't take Allegra anymore and with my daily nasal cleaning and morning Flonase, I am just about cured of my allergies! Thanks Dr. Polanco. (She did refer me to a dermatologist for my other concern. She does refer when necessary!)
