Went in for a free consultation, recommended to book another with the doctor. No problem, when I asked the price the aesthetician went to the front and asked the receptionist. She said it was 250$ first and then said 300$ for “medical.” Heard the entire conversation. Felt like I was not welcomed as a customer.

Everyone was super friendly and professional! Rick was extremely knowledgable and made me feel extremely comfortable. This was my first time getting injectables and they made me confident in choosing their clinic as a newbie! They were not pushy at all and really took my concerns and request into consideration! Dr. Mauricio, took time from her busy practice to meet and greet me when I pick up my pretreatment product prior to my TMP. I have read great reviews on TMP, hope it will do wonders for me.

I went to Dr. Tess to get treatment for my acne.I love their staff and they are very accommodating. Christine made it possible to get me the first treatment on the same day I had my consultation. My first treatment was at the Miramar clinic which is also a beautiful clinic and the staff there were very friendly and made me comfortable. Everyone was also nice at the eastlake office where I got my second treatment. The results are amazing and I'm so happy to finally went and get treated. Highly recommended

If you are looking for a professional and positive environment for anti-aging treatments, I can't recommend the staff at Dr. Tess highly enough. They explain the procedures thoroughly and do everything to insure their patient's comfort. Perhaps most importantly, the results are fantastic! Have been coming for 3 years and couldn't be happier with the changes in my skin ...and the compliments I receive after, are an added bonus!

I had my procedure done at the Mira Mesa clinic. I'm very impressed with their costumer service from my initial call to set up an appointment, to my first consult and up to my last treatment. For 5 five months of continuous visit, the staff and Dr. Tess have been attentive to my treatments. I could have went to another provider but this location is conveniently located to my house. I met Dr. Tess on the day of my first consult even though she was not scheduled to do my consult. She assured me that I will be happy with the final result before my summer vacation. I'm happy with the result of the procedure which I failed achieve with diet and exercise. Thank you Dr. Tess and staff for your excellent service.
