My mother has been under the care of Dr. Flores for the past 8 months. The first visit she was okay but trying to get in touch with her after that was horrible. My mother has had to see several specialist and had many test and new medications prescribed. When she had to see her primary care doctor we got basic care from others. When the specialist tried reaching Dr. Flores she never responded to them. That is very unprofessional. When we finally got to see her after 6 months I asked her if she could call the rheumatologist because they've been trying to reach her and want to talk to her. She flat out said "No, I don't have time for that" and went on to bash the P.A. saying she ordered unnecessary test. But not once did she call her patient (my mother) to discuss these unnecessary test or her care. Then I asked her I she could go over my mothers medication and she said "Did she bring them?" well no. "Then she needs to make an appointment with the nurse and bring them in." I would rate her a 0 but there is not that option. She is unprofessional, arrogant and acts as she's above everyone else. She does NOT care about her patients.

One of the worst doctors out there. Ignores patients, does exams in a hurry (she lightly examines patients, she is not thorough at all), does not follow up on results or explain things, makes inappropriate referrals and has no desire to CARE for patients that come to her.
