I would give zero stars if I could. I went in with a lesion on my head that wouldn't heal so I suspected it to be skin cancer. He spends 2 seconds looking at it and says it's not skin cancer and gave me a steroid shot and said to come back after 2 months if it didn't heal. It didn't heal so I seen another dermatologist that immediately requested a biopsy, it was skin cancer. I will never go to this dermatologist again who can't even have the decency to take the time to do a biopsy and dismissed my concerns of skin cancer. It seemed like he had better things to do then help me.

Worst Doctor ever! I'd give zero stars if I could. He rushed my appointment, barely looked at my skin lesion, and told me it was definitely not skin cancer even though I thought it was. He told me that if I get a biopsy that I will have a bald spot on my head...shouldn't he be more concerned with my condition? I trusted him, and 3 months later, I get a biopsy from another doctor and find out I have skin cancer! By then, it's twice the size. Never go to this doctor! He should have his license taken away.

I appreciated the visit with the doctor. My one comment is that I received no phone call regarding the results of my biopsy. Would have appreciated the phone call.

Was not very impressed. The front desk staff are very unprofessional. Not very friendly. I honestly wasted my time going there. Problem was not resolved. Never did Dr Mark mention he was going to refer me out, days later I received a referral. Unprofessional.

I have a small bump on my scalp and my general doctor froze is 3x. I have an extensive history of cancer and was referred to this doctor. His PA was awesome and prescribed some meds for my face. When the doc came in. He looked at it. I kid you not, he spent less than 60 seconds in the room. I am dumb founded. I’ll never go back again and will continue to encourage others to obtain a different dermatologist. I’m pretty sure he didn’t even read my chart. I wanted info on the things I checked on my paperwork.

They couldn’t care less about your situation. I’ve been calling twice to get my prescription refill, and now they say I need a blood test, which was never ordered from my doctor. I also think the front desk don’t flow down the messages and they are rude. They need better organizational skills and be more polite.
