Dr. Selecky himself is a 5-Star Doctor. He is an absolute professional when it comes to service, technical knowledge and proficiency. His clerical staff deserve a zero star rating. They have never once answered the phone or called back after leaving messages. I was told to email them instead and although you may get a delayed email response, it’s problematic to go back & forth with someone on email when it comes to complicated insurance issues. If it weren’t for this serious lack/misuse of communication, this office would be amazing.

I couldn't make a better decision on making Dr. T.Selecky my Doctor! A quick turn a round from the other doctor ( John G. Lane) with I wasted my time with for 5 months 🙃 going no where! Only bad thing is that they don't answer the phone when you call!!!!

This visit was amazing. I barely had time to fill out my name and date on the paperwork before I got called back. I had Xrays taken and the doctor's visit and I was out in less than an hour. The care coordinator got me a quick appointment for an MRI and follow up. Was definitely the best visit I have had there. Customer service had a huge improvement.

All the times I go into Dr. Selecky office I get treating with the utmost care. Not only Dr. Selecky himself but his staff is always friendly with smiles on their faces. I'm pleased with the type of communication I get in regards to my follow ups and I feel my care is always thorough. Thank you all so much!
