I'm sure Dr. Lenihan is a great doctor...However, making patients regularly wait for 60 minutes + is not recommended and inconsiderate...You have been practicing for sufficiently long to know that just packing your schedule with patients and pilling then in the waiting room like cordwood is bad patient management.I would hope and expect better than one hour wait as your regular course of business

I had right shoulder impingement as well as a torn rotator cuff muscle. This included serious range of motion and pain issues. A long string of physical therapy as well as home regiment gave me full range of motion. I never had surgery. I hope Synergy fixes their admin staff communication issues. Although they were courteous and respectful, they were a mess with scheduling appointments.I still gave five stars because the medical outcome was great!!

I am proud to call myself a patient of Dr. Lenihan's. After a very successful knee surgery I ended up having him do the surgery on my other knee. That surgery also turned out incredibly successful. After a few years I needed to have shoulder surgery and went straight back to Dr. Lenihan to complete it as well. Once again it was a successful surgery. I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. HIs demeanor and calm bedside manor helped to make the process so much easier. Thanks Doctor for keeping me whole!

This is the place to be. Michael and John Tynes are amazing intelligent experts along with the rest in the office. They're extremely helpful and friendly. They always to the extra yard to make a patient happy.I highly recommend this office to everyone

An overall great experience. Dr Lenihan explained everything in the beginning. Friendly staff. My shoulder surgery has given me ack the use of my arm. Dr. Lenihan was there following up with me during my recovery.
