An Excellent experience with (Dr. Elsayed Clinic). The doctor is incredible. He really took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. He's not only has taken great care of my health, but also lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of me .All of the staff were professional – they were helpful, prompt to follow up and helped with my insurance. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes when I arrive on time for an appointment.I am so glad I chose (Dr. Elsayed Clinic) and would highly recommend to anyone.

A very bad customer service. They never do what they promised to do and no body cares to call you back either. Try them then you will know.

Dr Elsayed has gone out of his way for mine and my husbands health, been with him for over 3 years, my husband was hesitant, but once he went was very happy of the way the staff and Dr Elsayed treated him. Alina is very professional and pleasant, easy to talk to.

Dr. Mohammed is very kind, patient, and attentive to every situation mild or severe. He also is very professional and takes the time for every patient. My children love him and trust him. Very good doctor and excellent service

Dr. Elsayed provides excellent service ! He diagnosed me from the first visit of meeting him after suffering for so many years when no other doctor figured out what was wrong with me . He gives his one hundred percent attention during the visit and listens to my concerns/questions thoroughly ! Whenever I needed anything for me and my family I know I can always count on him . He is simply one phone call away . At times, when he can’t answer the phone ; he always gets back to me within hours . My husband and I have been seeing him for 17 years and we are very happy.

I wanted to know if they take my insurance. Was on hold for a while, talked to one girl, she also put me on hold. Then a recording after a longer hold period told me to call another number if I have questions. Huh? I wasn’t expecting that, and didn’t have a pen in hand. Had to hang up. In order to get that new number I would have to go through the entire scenario of holds again. The motto “our time is important, yours is not “ applies here. Off to a bad start, No, thank you.

Dr. Mohammed Elsayed has been a major blessing in my life. From top to bottom health care service he always leaves me feeling better than before and gives great advice. I never had any issues with prolonged waits. Very glad to say I’m happy he’s my doctor. Highly recommend.
