My whole family has been a patient with dr.cepin for many years, and I loved their service and front desk always so nice and helpful, but unfortunately, sense they have changed personal there service is horrible receptionists makes you feel like you bother them. I just had an argument with one of the receptionists and was really rude and didn't seem to care for the patient. It's sad that after so many years with them, I feel the need to change providers, and they make it seem like they really don't care.

Can't be in better hands, I started with Dr Minica Cepin few years ago and all my health problems are under control, she referred me to the few specialists, everybody is great at this office, I recommend Dr Cepin to family members, friends and anyone looking for a great doctor in Chula Vista, Ca. Thank You Dr Cepin.

Cannot express my disappointment enough in doctor Jenna if she is a doctor. They've been handling my case with state disability and twice have put me into a extremely stressful situations. 0 compassion I have nothing but the worst to say about this operation they got fired on the spot today. I did not even want this group they were forced on me by my service provider. highly recommend not using them.

I have been coming to this Dr. Office for many years now. I happen to get married and change Insurance and luckily they took my new Insurance I totally recommend this Provider, As soon as I walk into the Door I am Greeted with an Awesome smile from the front desk, Checking my Vitals is a walk in the Park and the waiting room feels like there's no waiting because time goes by so fast. If my main Dr. isn't available there are other providers that also give you the ROYAL treatment these Dr. actually take the time to see and hear what the problem is, As sick as I was I always left with a smile on my face. Best doctors office everyone is so friendly.

Doctores Martínez never had the courtesy to call back when I call 3 times to let him know what he prescribed me , made me feel really bad , unfortunately the service provided by Dr Monica Cepin is really poor

Office staff not professional. Dr. Worse behavior. Office needs more professional etiquette. No return calls for many messages I left and when I got there they said dr will not see me. Do not take your health issues to a careless practice. Horrible and rude

Great medical clinic. My experience there has been excellent, I highly recommend Dr Monica Cepin, she taking the time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options, her and all providers there are very professional and sensitive to the needs of their patients. My whole family attends to her, from my grandmother, mom, sister, my daughters, nephew, to my sister in law. We all agree that being under the care of Dr. Monica Cepin's clinic is the best for our health and tranquility.
